My reviews are unremarkable but this book is so very. I loved Addie, I love the impact she had on both the historic and the mundane.
MAGNIFICENT.
Still reeling from this beautifully written story with a cool premise. An unsatisfied girl makes a deal with the devil and becomes immortal, albeit, completely forgettable - sign me up. And it delivered, for the most part.
I liked the way the story was written, jumping back and forth in time. We get snippets of things to come so although some details seem unimportant, they pop back in later. I loved how Addie makes her "invisible" mark as a muse throughout the ages within different art mediums. ...more

I've seen a lot of people claiming this book is "boring" and I'm honestly not sure if read the same book because I have not loved a book this much in a very long time.
I do have to shoutout Julia Whelan for her out of this world narration of the audiobook. If you're going to pick this up and are an audiobook reader, I can't recommend it enough. ...more

Such a creative story.
I liked it, but not as much as everyone else seems to. It was maybe a 3.75 for me.
