Recently, I have been reading one great book after another. The Young Elite is one of them. The interesting main character Adelina and her dark thoughts are ceratinly something new and refreshing in YA. With her missing eye and silver hair she stands out, but what sets her apart is her mind. She is not you avarage character who fights for the greater cause and is, deep in her heart, good. Oh wow, I truly adored Adelina. I love how she isn't perfect. She is vicious and vengeful but wants to take a stand and ultimately do what's right. Can't wait to read the next book. ...more
