Wild. It finally came in at the library so I read it this past week on vacation. I've been getting more and more people asking me what my thoughts were on this book since they have either read it or watched the movie recently. This is an amazing book. Cheryl's journey is one that everyone should read. Her honest raw story that will leave you fulfilled and in amazement of a woman whose strength and courage is dumbfounding.

I really didn't expect to enjoy this book as much as I did. Memoirs generally are not a book I enjoy, unless I already have an interest in the writer. I was pleasantly surprised with how much I enjoyed this book.
In reading the book, I really identified a lot with Cheryl. Maybe not in the same situations that she was in, but in how she felt & how she felt about herself. She isn't perfect, but she's perfectly human - just like me. I want to go on my own spirit walk now & figure things out. Really ...more
