Am I the last one in the world to read A Court of Thrones and Roses? 😀 I’m not typically a fantasy girl, but I really enjoyed this book. When nineteen year old huntress Feyre kills a wolf in the woods, a beast like creature shows up to demand retribution. Maas book and it was an AMAZING experience. I have been meaning to read some of her work for QUITE SOME TIME, but just hadn’t gotten around to it.

Recently, I was really craving some fairy-tale retellings, and a friend had told me that this particular book gave off some Beauty-and-the-Beast vibes! I was also told that if I loved Holly Black’s Folk-of-the-Air series, that this was a MUST-READ.
