Ohhhhh this book. THIS BOOK WAS SO GOOD. And exactly what I needed for my current book slump. Just... fantastic.

I loved this. I am not the biggest fan of Young Adult novels but this grabbed me from the start. The characters are very well developed and intriguing. The plot and the writing kept me wanting more and I have just ordered the next two in the series.

"A Court of Thorns and Roses" by Sarah J. Maas presents an intriguing blend of fantasy and romance, yet it leaves much to be desired in terms of world-building and character decisions.

One of the aspects I truly appreciated was the family dynamic between Feyre and her father and sisters. The early interactions among them provided a strong emotional foundation and added depth to Feyre's character. It’s a pity that this dynamic wasn’t explored further as the story progressed. Loooved this book! The plot, the romance, the magic, so good. I liked that it was "other worldly" with a villain trying to take over, but not a dystopian version of our future world. It was completely new. Can't wait to read the second one.
