Oh damn, I know more than my fair share of cramps. Mine are around 5x more intense (in every single god damn sense) than normal. Hooray for my genes... *cries*

um... I just slept for 21 hours...without waking up once.I broke my record of 16 hours...
I always sleep eith my radio on. Most if the time it helps, but other times it doesnt make a difference.
My lack of being able to fall asleep has made me depressed.Hoorayyyy... ;-; my brain still won't stfu

Ive gone up to 7 hours straight of not being able to fall asleep. It was a few months ago and it was still dark. I had gone to try to sleep at 1am. It was a VERY long night...
