Orion smirks slightly, he turns his intense gaze on her, "Your just arguing for the sake of it now. All i know is that i prefer wishes...they feel more productive" he says.

"Things" are awful because nothing seems to matter without you. This is what Kol wants to say, but knows he won't. Kol moves forward swiflty and stands in front of Rory, they are less than a foot apart, he knows he is torturing himself with her so close. Kol can smell her, still so Rory...despite her dampened spirit he can still feel the fight in her, the fight, and that makes him want her more than ever. Kol lets his intense gaze travel over her, he wonders if she will move away, or as him to stop. Kol looks back into her face, her beautiful face and says "It depends on what you mean by things...but yes, i suppose things are alright...how about for you?". This is the first time they had been alone together in such a long time. Kol aches to touch her, it burns through him, every moment hurts.

Damien turns his intense gaze on her, he itches to write about the girl with beautiful eyes full of innocence, "You should, it is amazing out there" he says.

"No, dreams are a figmant of imagination. Wishes involve magic, and a sense of realism. Wishes can come true if you make them so" says Orion seriously.

"Africa" replies Damien with a smile, his memories of Africa are some of his best.

Orion cosiders this and nods, "I prefer wishes to dreams" is all he says in reply. His expression distant.

Kol looks back at Rory and doesn't say anything. Christ in hell, she is so beautiful. Kol can't look at her without wanting her, even after all this time, he can't even remember when he last kissed her but it feels like another life time ago. Because thats what it's like losing the love of your life, the vast emptiness and need are always there. Kol walks into the kitchen, the boys have found their chocolate and they run over to Kol. Kol opens the chocolate and says "Alright, just this once you can have it, but you had better eat dinner as well", Jace smirks, father and son exchange a look of amusement as Kaiden grins at his dad and tears into his chocolate. "Go put TV on Jace for you and Kaid alright" says Kol and Jace obeys immediately, Jace still idolises is father, as does Kaiden although Kaiden is more reluctant to leave his dad. Kol leans down and kisses Kaiden and tickles his tummy, he sweeps him up into his arms and pretends to drop Kaiden. It is a game they play and Kaiden shreiks with laughter, when Kol finally puts him down Jace takes his little brother's hand an leads him away. Jace gives his dad a knowing look and Kol ignores it. Jace had become even more protective of Kaiden lately and it bothers Kol in a way he can't quite explain. Kol shakes it off and gets two drinks from the fridge, he opens them both and hands one to Rory, Kol tries not to stare at the object of his desire.

It hurts Kol to see Rory like this, this isn't HIS Rory. The Rory who was stubborn as hell and strong to the core, he had loved those things about her. Even though those things had basically helped cause their break up, he had never wanted her to be anything other than what she was. But now Rory is a ghost of her former self and Kol wants nothing more than to take her into his arms, go home with her and make her HIS again. Kol had always been on the possessive side, but never had he been controlling. A huge part of Kol feels the need for Rory, the burning need that had caused his two sons to be concieved. His heart still beats rapidly at her touch, even just the brush of her side or hand makes Kol want Rory, it never goes away. Kol shakes his head and says firmly "Ror, come on, it's just one drink", before waiting for a reponse Kol walks into the apartment waiting for Rory to follow.

Kol rushes for the door and opens it, he grins at the sight of his boys. The best part of Kol's life was having his boys around, he had been so tempted when Rory had asked him to have them premanently, but he knew they needed their mother. Kol doesn't hesitate, he swings Kaiden up into his arms, Kaiden laughs madly at this and clings to his dad very tightly. Kol kisses Kaiden on the head, Kol can see Jace clenching his fists, he wants to hug his dad but is gettting to the age where he feels too old for it unless Kol starts it. Kol bends down and pulls Jace to him, Jace wraps his arms around his dad, he grips so hard that Kol almost feels pain. Kol says to his boys "Brilliant, my boys are here, now the fun can finally begin", both of his sons laugh, it is an iside joke that Kol's life is boring without them and that he only ever has fun when they are around. It is meant to be a joke, but most of the time it is true. Kol tries, as always, to not look at Rory, but she looks even more run down than usual, he always tries to help and asks her what is wrong but she gets angry so quickly. Kol lets Kaiden down, he had to pry him off, and says "Go on then you two, i bought you some chocolate, it's in in the fridge", the two boys rush into the apartment and Kol laughs lightly. Kol looks up into the eyes he had obssessed about for so many years, eyes he still dreams about, still finds himself wrighting about even though it hurts. Kol had, in most ways, moved on from Rory, but even though he would not admit it to anyone but his friend Ever he felt like Rory was still the missing part of his life. But they are better off not together, that had been decided a long time ago. Besides there was Chris, that still burns, mostly because Chris is a lot like Kol in some ways, the badass from the wrong side of everywhere who tried to make better or himself. Kol felt radiculously replaced, but he couldn't say that, it's not like Kol hadn't been with anyone over the years, but never in a real relationship. Kol's fire blue eyes stare intensly at Rory, he says "Come in for something to drink Ror, you look like...you need it".

(Yeah i made Kol's apartment over the book shop so start there with Rory taking the children to Kol's and yeah maybe Kiden could say something x)

(I know it's a bit disney but i like thier relationship and their love...i secretly kind of want it ;) (And the yeah 2 years sunds good x)

Kol thinks for a moment, he hesitates before answering, Kol wants to take it all back, but he knows they need time apart, "He can stay over at mine on weekends, or every other weekend...we'll work it out as we go". Kol fears that they will seperate and just never get back together...even the thought makes Kol feel sick, but if thats what's right for his son and future child then thats just the way it will have to be.

"You don't have to leave Ror, i'l go stay in the apartment over the book shop, but i'll still pick up Jace from school, i can't not see him" says Kol, because in truth that is what Kol fears most, not having Jace in his life is unimaginable.

Kol pulls back then, the moment shattered, all the fighting comes back to him, Kol looks into her eyes and says seriously "Maybe we need to face facts...maybe, I mean i love you Rory, i am so in love with you, but what if love isn't enough? It isn't fair on Jace, we need to think seriously about our future, whats best for all of us, including the new baby. It's possible that we depend on each ther too much. It's unhealthy i talked about it with Grace and she agrees maybe it's just...not enough, or too much. I don't want us to get ot the point where we hate each other as much as love each other..." Kol trails off, his blue eyes burn into Rory's face.

Kol gets off the seat and rushes over to Rory, he sits down beside her, his heart beats eratically as he places a hand over his loves stomach. Kol remembers feeling Jace, he remembers how it was the first time he ever felt really alive; like his life meant something because of the child he had created with Rory. Kol gets the same feeling now as he feels his second child against his hand, Kol kisses Rory hard and doesn't take his hand away, nothig else matters if only for a short amount of time.

Kol sits in the kitche on his laptop, the bookshop is closed for a few hours so he is at home, Jace is at school so the house is quiet. Kol is starting is second book, but he can't get Rory out of his head, since they had been back the couple had argued so many times, about everything, but they never seem to get anywhere. Kol runs a hand through his dark blond messy hair and sighs, his blue eyes flash with frustration and pain.
