Merlin moves to cup her face in his hands firmly and pulls her lips harder against his. Merlin can't stop, it's like a physical ache is finally being sated, but it's not enough, Merlin begins to wonder if he'd ever have enough of December. He very much doubts it. Merlin moves his strong rough hand to her waist and his hand tightens into a fist as his hand comes into contact with the brief skin showing at her side. Merlin knows now that this is an awful idea, and it will destroy what is left of him later, but right now he cannot think of anything else, feel anything else other than December. HIS December if only for this moment. Merlin breaks from the kiss even though every part of him screams not to ever let her go. He stands fast and pulls December with him so her chest is against his. Merlin doesn't take time to think at all as he pulls her back into the room where they won't be seen. Merlin stil doesn't think as he pushes her up against the door and presses his body and lips to hers.

Soren pretends to consider it then shakes his head and smashes his lips down hard over hers. Soren kisses her for a long moment without a breath, when he comes up for air he whispers "Sorry, you don't have a choice anymore, you're already mine. My muse, the love my life. You will always be mine. Always.". Soren lets her go though only so he can wrap his arms around Audrey's waist and pull her against his chest.

Soren keeps fickering his eyes over to look at Audrey as he drives. He knows he shouldn't but somethin in him wants to watch her, wants to take in every part of the woman he is in love with. When they get home Soren carries her up to the front door and takes her inside. Audrey tells him to put her down all the way but he won't. Something about having her in his arms feels so right in a way he cannot explain.

Soren kisses her cheek and says "Come on then belle, let get home.", Soren waits for her to get ready and grab her stuff. The doctor has already given them the pictures from the scan. As they leave the clinic Soren's hands grab hold of her hips and pulls her back against him as they walk.

Pregnant Audrey has been fun, Soren doesn't know why men don't keep their women pregnant all the bloody time. Audrey wants him so much more these days, she has crazy mood swings but the wanting more than makes up for it. Soren smirks against her lips and kisses her hard, "You being pregnant is good, it lets you know how i feel all the time. I've always wanted you this much, always been the only woman who does it for me all the time. We need to go home, now, or i'll be doing naughty things no matter where we are or who's here" he whispers.

Soren longs to hold her, to envlope her into his arms and keep her there forever. But they can't because they are not at home. Home. Soren can't remember when he started to think of that flat as home, most likely the moment Audrey moved in. Because she is home to him, no matter what happens, for Soren, it all comes back to Audrey. Soren groans quielty as she shivers against him, "Oh, christ, don't do this to me in a public place, my self control is not what it used to be" he says with a smile.

Soren pulls a mock shocked face and says "Jesus, i think i just felt a cold chill coming up from hell", he smirks and kisses her fully on the lips. His hand moves her waist and he smoothes the exposed skin there, so soft under his rough art worn hands.

Merlin laughs without humour at that, "Compared to me princess you will always be innocent" he says. Merlin tries to ignore the way his heart feels like it's bursting painfully, "You were everything to me once princess, more than you will ever know. I loved you too, i left because i loved you, i know you don't understand but it's the truth" he whispers moving to cup her jaw in is rough hand. His thumb strokes over her cheek. Merlin has been through so much in his life, but even after all the pain and violence the one thing he can't seem to shake is his feelings for December. Even though his experiences have shaped him into the man he is, a very different man to the boy he used to be, Merlin still wants what he can never have, what he does not deserve. Merlin's liquid silver eyes meet her grey ones, eyes on a face he's drawn a thousand times over.

Soren's smile falters at that, "Love her more maybe i will because honestly i've never felt so happy and protective towards someone. But IN love with another woman, NEVER. You're it for me Audrey Jacobs, we're going to raise this baby, our daughter together, i'm going to marry you and we will be together for the rest of our lives, fact, no room for argument." he says.

(I was thinking after we do the whole birth bit then we could do a marriage proposal somewhere down the line)

Soren can't help but feel completely consumed with excitment and joy. He'd wanted his baby to be a girl, but more than that he has the words spinning over and over again in his head, I'm going to be dad, i'm having a daughter. After a few moments Soren swoops down to kiss Audrey on the lips hard, he cups her face and says "we're having a daughter, belle, i love you so much my muse." he leans his forehead against hers, everything fades away until its just them, he i oblivious to the doctor and Audrey's mother, even the room seems to pale into nothingness. Soren has never felt so content in all his life.

"You know what i think" Soren whispers into Audrey's ear unable to keep the grin off his face as he remembers when she first told him and he had called their baby she. Part of him hopes their baby is a girl, but either way he is radiculously excited. Soren has hold of her hand, he kisses her forehead. Soren looks over at her mother and they smile at each other, he's glad Audrey's mother is supporting them with this. Soren and Audrey's mother have made a deal to move forward for the sake of Audrey and the baby.

(Lets do it, skip to the part where they are already at the doctors)

Merlin's breath hitches in his throat when her hand brushes his face. His heart beat picks up even faster and he can't help but lean a little closer. "I had to leave princess, but i woud have done anything to be able to stay with you. If you never believe another word that i say then please at least believe that." he says honestly, because it's true, leaving her was the hardest thing he has ever done. When she mentions Striker he leans back a bit, "Striker? She wasn't my girlfriend, she was a close friend", still is in a way, they met again not long ago, he had to make sure she was alright when her name came up with a few people he knew. THOSE sort of people, the sort of people Merlin knows are dangerous to know. Merlin's cobalt eyes spark with silver, he hides the emotion carefully, he can't let December feel things for him. Even if he is better than he used to be Merlin is still far from a good person, he definitely isn't the kind of man for someone like December. "You don't understand princess. There are so many things you don't know, can never know. You're innocent and good in every way that i never have been and will never be" he says seriously.

(Thats ok, my bloody notifications do my head in when they don't show stuff x)

Soren sighs, for just one moment he is completely content. Soren kisses Audrey's neck, he moves his hand to her knee and traces circles. Soren moves his lips from her neck to look into her face, "Good, thats all i ever wanted.

(Now what?)

Despite her cold demeanor Merlin could still sense the funerability behind it. Merlin had always had a talent for reading people, it's what made him such a good artist. He can see their deepest fears, and the things they disliked about themselves, he could even tell a little about their background sometimes if he really concentrates on their eyes. For Merlin eyes tell everyting about a person, it's the one place where people cannot lie. Merlin looks directly into December's face and, despite his mind screaming at im not to be so stupid, he reaches out and tucks a stray lock of her fine hair behind her ear. The back of his hand brushes against her cheek as he moves his hand away and Merlin has to surpress a shiver of pleasure from the touch. Merlin's eyes spark to life with real emotion, he allows the liquid silver and cobalt blue mixture of his iris to show emotion. Merlin has tried hard all his life to shield everything away, but he knows for her to trust him he needs to let up just a little, "I had to leave princess, i just had to. You couldn't know why or where i was going because that would have defeated the whole point of me leaving to protect you in the first place." he says.

Soren nods his face still against her neck, "You know i could sit here all my life like this with you and still feel happy every second". Sometimes he says random things like that, he has no idea why, she just makes him feel a certain way all the time. Soren wants Audrey to be happy and he feels awful for making this all happen, "I'm sorry muse, for getting you into all this, i never meant to screw up your life this much, just enough so you'd love me for the rest of our lives" he says.

Soren's laugh comes out sounding a bit strangled. Soren kisses her lips gently for a long time then leans back and says "They will come around muse, they wouldn't turn their back on you, nobody who has ever met you could, belle", he nuzzles into her neck nand breathes there for a while,

Soren gets into the car and reaches over to Audrey, he pulls her over onto his lap, she's still so small to him. So delicate and beautiful, he loves this gir so much and it hurts to see her so upset. Soren wraps his arms around her.

Soren nods as he can see the hurt in her eyes and it kills him to not be able to make it better. Soren moves his hand to the small of her back and moves towards the door. He has to leave now or he will seriously do something he will regret later to Audrey's father.
