Would you give me three recommendations please?"
I'd love to, Cindy. Could I have a link to your shelf, please? Thanks!"
Kristina, Cindy got a little ahead of herself. I have sent her a message on how to join the game and set up her shelf.

The Redbreast for Wheel 3 and PnM Series
Angel of Death for Wheel 4 and PnM Authors
The Road Back for PnM Protagonists
Xenocide for PnM Series
Blue Jeans and Coffee Beans for PnM Series
Lines of Contention for Trim
Reading:
Zen Mind, Beginner's Mind: Informal Talks on Zen Meditation and Practice - my last book for Wheel 3 (motivation to get it done, finally)

Medicus for PnM Settings (Time) and LOST 2019 (My LAST LOST book!)
Completed LOST 2018 with one outstanding book The Fifth Witness
First book on FOUND list completed - The Cat Who Turned On And Off

Congratulations, Ashley!
And, don't worry about Parts 2 & 3. This is supposed to be fun and yet help with that ever growing TBR. Part 2 focuses on newer adds so it might go faster for you. I am still finishing up also, so I will be joining you in about a week with Part 2.

This is a small game...only 10 books for a year. However, some of us have found long overlooked gems through this game.

Starting: Medicus for PnM Settings (Time) and LOST 2019 (My LAST LOST book!)
Continuing: Zen Mind, Beginner's Mind: Informal Talks on Zen Meditation and Practice for Wheel 3 (although this is going slowly - owned)

It is the story of a young man who thought his grandfather's tales of his youth were made-up stories. A search for the meaning of his grandfather's dying words teaches him not only who he is but who his grandfather was. Loved the mix of fantasy and reality in this story.
Rating: 4*.
Nomination: I second the Supernatural nomination above.

The Halloween Tree - This is on my TBR.
Crossfire Trail - I have read almost all his western books.
How the Light Gets In - I am reading this series also.

Jayme, I count the due date from the date the book was obtained if that date is noted in the post. So...just note the day you got the book from the library and re-calculate the due date.

Do they have to be on the list or does it still count if they are tagged once for the monthly shelf?"
Lusie, I can answer the first question as I looked it up last night. The rules indicate that the monthly book needs to be read during the month the shelf is chosen and used in one of your Pick 'n Mix challenges. That leaves me out as, even though I have read the monthly book timely most of the months, I have not used it for my Pick 'n Mix.

Are we limited to one book a month for the monthly shelf?
