5) A book by an author new to you:
6) The book you want to read the most:
7) A book by a male author:
8) A book by one of your favourite authors:
9) A book by a female author:
10) A book with a cover you love:

Oh well, onto bigger and better things :D

by Florence Osmund (mystery) 4. New Release (themed) (Aussie Author) (2015):

Brenda wrote: "Thanks Sandi:) Not sure how I'll go this time though;)"Well you managed the first 5 in less than half the month :) I'm sure you'll get them read Brenda!!
MaryG2E wrote: "Lynxie wrote: "Finished my second:4. New Release (themed) (Aussie Author) (2015): The Lost Swimmer
by Ann Turner - release..."As Brenda says, she gave it 5 stars. I guess it comes down to personal preference. I felt it was too slow, but then thriller/mystery/crime aren't my favourite genres. Where as Brenda reads a lot more books from those genres.
I guess the great thing is that each time you read a book where two people you know had vastly different reactions, you learn what it is you like that each of your friends likes/doesn't like.
I still enjoyed it, it wasn't a bad book. Just OK from me.

Brenda wrote: "Will this help us lower our TBRs do you think?"
Nope, because if it really was heaven, it's constantly refresh with new books. A never ending TBR list and infinite time to read! Now that truly is heaven!
Finished my fifth:R -

Thanks for explaining Sally. I was just curious :) I can completely understand how difficult it is to make rules while trying to keep most people happy. You guys do such a great job with this group :D
Hmm I hadn't read the new guidelines till Maryanne mentioned them just before. Can I ask why the page number limit, Brenda?
