because of the word ‘numbers’ in the title, numbers on the cover, plus female MC is a mathematician (= she works with numbers).

As already suspected halfway through I got stuck on two task and finished with the rank of Assistant Chief of Detectives
message 55 updated! 40/50 books read!
Who 7, What 7, Where 7, When 6, How 7, Why 6, Bonus 0

I’m glad though you liked it!

I still have it from library (actually borrowed it for the third time now) but doubt it can be any good in translation, so I dreaded starting it."
Yes!!"
Thank you. I’ll start the book within a week.

I still have it from library (actually borrowed it for the third time now) but doubt it can be any good in translation, so I dreaded starting it.

Who 7, What 7, Where 7, When 6, How 7, Why 6, Bonus 0
Finished another one and reached rank of Assistant Chief of Detectives (6 cases per category)
WHEN: 6/7
When did the dastardly deed take place or get reported?
2. In the 1900s München 72 - Der Tag, an dem die Spiele stillstanden (Munich '72: The Day The Games stopped) by Petra Mattfeldt 5* 5/29 - historical fiction with mystery elements about the days leading up to the terror attack during the 1972 Olympic Games
BTW the slogan ‘The Games must go on’ originates apparently there, the leader of the Olympic committee used it for the first time when they refused to pause that day’s events during the kidnapping
