Lol scratch my last post to you then, very glad to hear it lives up to the first!! Definitely starting King this week then!

I want to get on King this week, I've been itching to read it ever since you gals first mentioned it! Anxious to see what you think of Tyrant, hope it's as good!

51477 I finished a few that have been on my "currently reading" list forever this week. With Every Heartbeat (Forbidden Men, #4) by Linda Kage was actually a little disappointing, I just couldn't get past how awful Cora was and what a push-over Zoey was. I had skipped this and read Ten first, which was awesome because Oren is just the bomb, but this drove me batty.

Last night I flew through Brutally Beautiful (Beautiful, #1) by Christine Zolendz , another great one by Zolendz and I'm looking forward to the sequel when I can get to it!

Wow, I completely forgot that there was a third was coming out, glad you mentioned it. That's great that it's as good as the rest of this series, I loved it!

I liked Edge of Never but it didn't blow me away like it did everyone else! lol Maybe I'm not actually alone in that thought... =)

This one intrigues me, I'm anxious to see what you think when you finish and go on into the series!

I have a few of her's on my shelves that I grabbed for cheap over the years, they look really good but I just haven't gotten around to them.

Oh I adored that series!! It gets really fun as it goes along, the characters are just awesome. I'm a sucker for those paranormally-caused "love at first sight" books though, and I know they're not for everyone. LOL

51477 So Hide Me by Lexi Scott was less than stellar, nothing more than your basic cliche'd beach bum turned good guy romance. Read it a dozen times already!!

To give myself a guaranteed good read I grabbed up Dreams of a Dark Warrior (Immortals After Dark, #11) by Kresley Cole and for some reason it was just good but not great. "Aidan" was almost too far gone for me to like, and it took way too long for him to finally start making it up to Regin. She was one of my absolute fave Valkyries, and she suffered too much for my tastes. =(

On to Breaking Kate (Acceptance, #1) by D. Kelly for review, crossing fingers it's good!!

Hope it's helping, the change up is always good for the reading soul. =) I need a good PNR next!

Checking out the TBR is never a good idea, it's just depressing because there are SO many there. lol

51477 Sorry I've been MIA, between family visiting, trying to figure out a career path, getting back on the dating wagon, and race training, my spare hours are very few these days. I haven't had much time to read lately, but I did finish Priest by Sierra Simone which was really sexy but a bit over the top for my tastes. I loved it, but the idea of him being a priest with the fantasies he was having was hard to believe.

Finished Compulsive (Liar, #1) by Lia Fairchild today, it surprised me and ended up being very good, a little different than the typical contemp romance so it was a nice change!

Next up is Hide Me (Silver Strands, #1) by Lexi Scott , which I'm reading for review and don't have a lot of high hopes for but we'll see!

I have had zero reading time lately, but I was feeling exactly the same up until about 2 weeks ago. The contemp romances were all blending together for me. =\

I liked this one, it was a good change-up for me from the NA I've been reading.

I want to read this one, glad you liked it!

51477 Haven't had a lot of reading time lately, but I did finish Keri's new one Ricochet by Keri Lake and hot damn it was dark and sexy! Really dark, even for her, so be warned!

Currently working on Priest by Sierra Simone which caught my attention from the very start and has a tight hold! lol
