I'm really itching to read it, it's just been SO long since I read the first that the character names are all going to need to be re-learned at this point. I just need to break down and get on it!

Yeah, I'm really itching for a great YA that will suck me in like Covenant or even to the extent that Twilight did *gasp*. It's sad to say this, but I've yet to find a series in the YA genre that sucked me in like Twilight did, and THAT would be so perfect right now! lol Dystopians are always a great switch-up, too, I think if I ever catch up on reviews I'll get back to and get that series read.

I know, right?! Every December seems to fly by even faster, I hate it. And yes, I agree about Hoffmann, it's going to be hard to not have him playing the part as well as the already very depressing wrap-up to the series. They really have done a phenomenal job with the acting and the book-to-movie interpretation.

Same here, it's starting to frustrate me. I'm way behind on contemp romance reviews so I'm doing mainly that genre, and they are all starting to just...not impress. Maybe it's a book rut, or maybe there just aren't too many original ideas out there anymore.

I suggest Z's just bc it was awesome to get back to him and it's really a great insight into where they're at. Very emotional, deep look at their relationship and how his past is weighing so heavily, well worth the read!

Haven't had any time to read or do reviews this week, the Christmas prep is already bearing down on me! I actually re-read the last half of Mockingjay just because the cliffie in the movie was painful and I needed to see Peeta not suffering like that. lol My son and I both loved the movie, they've done a great job with the series. I'm trying to convince him to read the Covenant series, he loves dystopians and creepy plots; just don't know if he can get into all of the melodrama that comes with the teen characters.

I'm reading which is pretty good so far.

Exactly; it wasn't bad, but I was expecting greatness once again and UL was just meh. Hopeless was in another league!
