We like to keep this clear for just news. To make it easier for V&T to read through for items for the podcast.
Thanks.

doughnuts 😜
BTW the most overrated and ruined dessert treat.
Doughnuts are only nice straight out of the oven, with a light sprinkling of cinnamon and sugar.
Those cold ones covered in all manner of sweet shit, like chocolate/icing/sprinkles etc are horrible 🤔
Scones and doughnuts would be a perfect accompaniment while reading Legends & Lattes. 😎

scwuns. I like it 😉
I'm using that next time I hear someone say 'sc-owns'

Also the 2nd winning book that I was the first to nominate 😎
Invisible Library in 2017 was the other.

As long as you rhyme them with 'Dons' and not 'Stones' 😉

It would have been nice for it to do that and also appeal to non-TNG fans.
ST: Lower decks does it well. Fans of Star Trek will get the little throw away references and they give enough context for viewers to get the references they need to know.

I doubt Pedro has ever been in the suit, outside of the helmet-less scenes from last season.
They have made it obvious that we will never see him sans helmet again. Hence the upgrade to the stuntmen/body doubles credits.
That would be one cool gig. Read a few lines from wherever he is in the world. With the muffled filter the sound quality doesn't even need to be that great. Like I said before, he could, literally, phone it in. 😉

Lower Decks is much more friendly to people who have only a basic knowledge of ST.

He can, literally, phone it in.

(view spoiler)

The voice actor for Joel in the game was in last weeks episode too.

My favourite sandwich is what is known in Britain as a Chip Butty. I've just always called it a Chip Sandwich.
Take fat long chips (not Fries 😉) between 2 well buttered pieces of bread. Add Tomato sauce (not ketchup 😉) and enjoy.

In Australia: Tomato sauce = ketchup. What you call Tomato sauce we call tomato paste. Jelly=Jam. Jello=Jelly.
Yes we are weird. 😉or you are 😉I blame the Brits 😉

I'm not a fan of mixing sweet and savoury. I like Maple syrup on pancakes. Bacon goes in a bun with cheese and egg.

You're not alone. Most people outside the US would consider combining peanut butter and jam (jelly) an abomination.

I'd also add T. Kingfisher's A Wizard’s Guide to Defensive Baking
On the Sci-Fi side I would, cautiously, add Quarter Share by Nathan Lowell. Though I did have a few problems with how Marty Stu the hero is. He is great. 🙄 Everyone loves him 🙄 and every thing he touches turns to gold. 🙄
But it is cosy.

I think Legends & Lattes will win. But I did really like the only Annalee Newitz book that I've read.
I did read their book Autonomous.
So overall their are no bad choices left, for me.

You'd need a lot of recipes just for the Hobbits with all their meals.
Breakfast
Second Breakfast
Elevenses
Luncheon
Afternoon Tea
Dinner
Supper
Not to mention in between meal snacks.
