Ok, done. This was an enjoyable series to binge, with a couple of nice twists along the way, and a comic book ending which is not the end. I hope there will be more Warrior Nun.
I'm seven episodes in (three to go) and I'm impressed with the story. At first I thought this was going to be Buffy Lite, but it's more nuanced than I expected. I see elements of the comics by Ben Dunn, but the comic book sexuality and skimpy costumes have been replaced with real world concerns. As the story has progressed (view spoiler).I don't know where Warrior Nun was filmed. Looks like somewhere in Europe. The scenery is gorgeous.
So, definitely worth watching, if you aren't already.
I didn't know what to make of the title "Sparrow" for a Star Wars novel. It turns out that the title was just a placeholder Disney code name for the Mandalorian novel. I'm happy to hold the fort for Dara when I can. I've ordered my S+L mask. I've started this month's pick. Here in New Mexico we're sheltering at home as much as we can, and masks are mandatory. I'm two weeks behind with Cordkillers, but I'm caught up with DTNS. Stay safe everyone.

Apparently Sparrow, was the secret codename given to Adam Christopher's book, which now has the title The Mandalorian - an original novelhttps://www.penguinrandomhouse.com/bo...
I think I liked Sparrow better ;-)
Another free book, but you have to retweet a tweet from the publisher to get it. The book is New Life and New Civilizations: Exploring Star Trek Comics edited by Joseph F. Berenato. It's a collection of essays about 50 years of Star Trek comics. I wrote the essay “These are the Manga Voyages of the Starship Enterprise”.https://twitter.com/Sequart/status/12...

Finished rereading the first four Murderbot diaries. Started this month's pick and also started rereading The Right Stuff. Not sure of the effects on my sanity yet.

Since the invention of movies, there have been five movies that have been rated the most passionate, the most pure. The original Princess Bride left them all behind.
