I'm going to try to get a post near the top of every page of the chat I can so there's an easy place to find an update!
Will fill in details in the morning when I have more brain power...
For now, good reading so far everyone.

Hi Patti! I hope the weekend was good crazy and the rest of the week was ok.
Tuesday and Thursdays are my work days so I'm about a bit less. Tomorrow I plan to give a bit of an update now we are up and running about the mini and where to put things. If you have other questions now is a very good time to put them in the thread.

If you mention your favourite animal, it might just pop up in the days to come.

Our first book of the challenge is complete which was a lovely surprise this morning.
Hope you all have a great Tuesday

I use to work at an animal shelter full time as their volunteer coord..."
Oh that sounds almost worse than working in a bookshop. I'd want to spend the day making a fuss of them and not actually working.

I bet they love the visit and the friendly face.

That's generic Google! I'm not up to uploading my photos online to create a link for Goodreads. Would love to have a pair of my own.

Starting with the breed my family have owned and I just want to cuddle.

Time to finish off the books that are in progress (which for some of us are wanted by our Uno teams) ready to start something new in the morning!

Have an amazing time! Hope you get lots of time to relax.

I'm very happy with that as enough of a link. Think some of them may end up being more tenuous.

Currently trying not to buy too many books so my first port of call is my local library (variable selection but generally not too bad and get most things as ebooks) or kindle unlimited (recommendations largely broken by me reading things for challenge prompts without caring about quality).

And YAY! We're all here and ready to go!
