35559 I don't think the book formulas to transfer to Mini 4 Part 2 are working.

35559 Everyone must be reading fiends this summer for them to give us so many options to fill with books.

Do we have to do the spellout in any order or finish one full word before we get the points?

Perfect! I'll claim it as soon as I finish my current book. Unless someone else beats me to it, which is totally fine.

Is the pale green in the sky enough for this one to count for the colors in India? There is definitely blue, white and orange.

That is so cool!!! I love the tribute sets!
My daughter (who was 9 at the time) got the Jane Goodall set. She was so excited. She adores her.

Or maybe I'll just read it either way. I'm sure we can make it fit somewhere.

I'm planting them in a place that's in the shade after about 4 pm. Hopefully it helps them survive the heat.

35559 I've been prepping my garden and trying to get my tomato plants outside instead of inside where they have been living the past few weeks. Time to plant those babies and let tomatoes take over my life. (Tomatoes grow ridiculously well here. I will have hundreds of those tiny cherry tomatoes.)

Should have done it weeks ago, but my family got sick.

35559 My favorites books the past month were The Travelling Cat Chronicles. It was soooo good, especially if you are an animal lover. Remember tissues, it is a tearjerker! Other favorite was I Contain Multitudes: The Microbes Within Us and a Grander View of Life which was an incredibly beautiful book considering it was about germs and microscopic life forms. It was written really sort of whimsically and was both educational and entertaining.

My least favorite was probably By the River Piedra I Sat Down and Wept which made me sad. I have read several other books by Paulo Coelho and adored them so I went in with extremely high hopes. It had it's good parts, but it was also weirdly preachy and the religious aspect made the romance awkward for me.

Oh. And honorable mention for Out of the Silence: After the Crash which I read for Uruguay. Big trigger warning: if you can get past cannibalism for survival, it was actually a really beautiful and poignant story.
