Since we can use banked books for the new Mini, should ..."Agreed, let’s make this our strategy. We’ll aim to tackle mini 3 tasks first, once all tasks are claimed, we’ll do the other minis :)

I'm going to be away from GR for the rest of today and tomorrow. I have a race tomorrow morning, so have a lot of prep to do today. I'll check back in on Sunday. In the meantime, our excellent co-caps are around to help with any questions you have :)

Laura wrote: "The cheese is completed! But I think we might need some more Os for the next one. That one nearly wiped us out!"Awesome, thank you for being on top of it!
Jacqueline wrote: "My book
is red, blue and white."I found another book for the cover task - but we can use this for the "d" in iceland :)

@Sam - I switched your book for pub in 2024 with a banked book. Hoping that we'll have 2 new countries before you finish :)

Actually, @Jackie - you haven't added Gracie under the waves to the Books tab. I can do that for you, but please do
not overwrite formulas in the mini challenge tabs :) Also, could you mark the book as read on your shelf please?

Looks like we finished Mexico! Getting us a new country shortly
Priya wrote: "The shorter books i read... should I put them on my shelf and on the reserves sheet or let them be unless they happen to fit a task?"On your shelf and reserves please :)

Sam - any of those countries at at least 50%?
Tara wrote: "Also, my BOM points for Great Big Beautiful Life are not showing on the planning spreadsheet!"Fixed - you need to put in your last name too, since the Summary tab has your full name :)
Laura wrote: "I think Jacqueline is going to read it."Okay perfect thanks team!
Priya wrote: "Gracie under the waves is a coral reef book."Thanks Priya, were you going to read it?

Okay perfect, when Bernadette is finished with her book, Turkey will be done.
We are missing a coral reef book. Remind me, is anyone working on one? Do we need recommendations from other teams? We can ask in the captains group.
Namita wrote: "Laura wrote: "The cheese is done!"
That was quick!"Yes, we can use all our books for the Cheese challenge, including those assigned to other minis 😊 That's why we kindly ask everyone to fill out the "Other tasks" column with any potential spell-out options—it really helps when we need to quickly fill out these cheeses.

Yes, as long as the task is open on the SS it’s fair game. Feel free to claim

@Jackie, what Tricia said :) You, Laura and priya are the highest readers (by volume) on the team and we will be looking to you to fill as many tasks as possible :) This is not to say the rest of us won't help, but at 30 books a month, you'll read approximately a book a day and the rest of us simply can't match that pace. So I'd recommend that you grab an open task and find a book that fits 😊
