haha. I enjoyed it too, but I actually have enjoyed all her books so perhaps I was more forgiving as she already has good-will with me 🤣

Love your novel and all of the questions. There are ones there that I had moments of wondering and then forgot (view spoiler)[ like I agree that Adolin is important and I hope he can bring his spren back (hide spoiler)], There is just SO MUCH going on in these books!

@Judy - I read your post with a "don't" also!

And thanks for that link ; so interesting. Out of all the scenes in that book it isn't the one I would have chosen, but I guess you need a big moment that also isn't a spoiler!

Rysn - I just started 3.5. It is great getting to know her and Chiri-Chiri more. And how it ties into this book is very cool

It’s curious. if you think about the names also…
And looking at the covers
Book 1 was way of kings which to me is Dalinar and the cover is someone in shard plate which could be him
2 is words of radiance which to me was kaladin and he is on the cover
3 is oathbringer which was dalinars sword - but then jasnah is on the cover. Important plot point with her but she isn’t the focus
4 - rhythm of war has Shallan on cover but title suggests it is about the fused / venli

Although looking at the original cover of book 4 it is Shallan and Pattern there so I guess that’s a clue as to the book’s focus!

I love Adolin. He keeps going from strength to strength - especially with his relationship with Shallan.

I agree that more about Jasnah in the next book would be great

I couldn’t agree more. The amount of planning for this massive series is just mind blowing!
This is definitely Dalinar’s book and Kaladin takes a bit of a back seat. Will be interesting to see who is the focus of the next one! And I am really looking forward to more about Navani in the next novella

This is definitely Dalinar's book. I actually still like him as a character and believe he has the right intent despite his past. Hopefully that is true!

You're getting into the part of the book where you will need to just dedicate some time to read it because it is so hard to put down 🤣

@Carmen - the kids and I enjoyed that too. We had all read the books before the movie was released but they ended up seeing the movie twice as they loved it just as much (even though it is not the same of course! 😊)

@Mel - I agree that Haymitch's book will be interesting!
