I finished my first coaching book and I have three more I can get to. I'll see how many will be needed. I see page jumping bonus and discus bonus spots open. Page jumping gets us more points so I would focus there. I can give up a spot, just let me know and then make sure you finish it!

Are you putting in City of Mirrors for Discus? Because then that event is finished and we just need the three chariot books.
Finished Annihilation for the 12-letter task. Has Teresa checked in? I haven't seen her in while. Next up I plan to do a few fight books, then relay. Hopefully the rest of our bonus will be open soon.

I'm planning to finish Annihilation today which can be used for 12 letters. Also getting started on the relay and my coaching books.
So...I didn't get to do a lot of reading today...because I was running around playing Pokemon Go. But I hatched a Growlithe! And caught three Eevees (my favorite)!I'll do better tomorrow!

Karen is reading her book as far as I know, but go ahead and read for the 12 letter, if we dont use it for Chariot we can always bank it for WaT. I'm reading a potential coaching book, but if it doen't work for coaching, the title is 12 letters as well.

All the above Susan Cooper books have the correct page length, but wrong cover. I searched via isbn. Looks like I may have to do some scanning later. edit: Dark is Rising, Grey King, and Silver on the Tree correct editions linked now, they were uploaded as alternate covers. My edition of Greenwitch does not appear to exist on the internet, only in front of me.

I don't know how long it will last, but we are #1!!I was able to get My Fight / Your Fight on overdrive so I can read that for a coaching book. It looks like we have 11 pledged so it can take the last spot. I should be able to get the other three on Monday and read them over the week.
I was looking over the remaining tasks to see if there is somewhere I could help. There is a note on Discus that my The City of Mirrors could go in for Discus 500+, that was finished earlier in the week and is currently being banked for Wheel. I don't know what Teresa's status is on her book.
I saw on Chariot Karen Michele and Teresa have two open tasks each. I could work on
- landscape or Annihilation for 12 letters. Let me know if I should take over one of those tasks. I'm going to look at my options for page jumping in the meantime as I noticed heat 4 gives us more points. Is there any issues for the bonus rounds if we only complete heat 4 and not heat 3?

Task: Event 5, creature, fire drake on cover, not a dragon like I first thought. There is a dragon in the story, but not on the cover.
My sprint is done! One event down! I'll post the books later.
