I think we can start reading for Group 2, as we have finished all the countdown books. I think we all have to read our Group 2 books and then read our YOU books after we're done with group 2.
I will found a Y book!
Front DeskI'll take a Y and a U

For the ACID challenge I will read
Louisiana's Way HomeFor U I will read
UngiftedAnd I'll look around for a Y or a U book

It’s exhausting but also sweet and fun."I might be asking you for advice!!

I am finished with The Devil in the White City!
And my daughter is off to college. I wished her luck from you, Trina! Thanks for that.
What a strange book that was!
I am finished with my countdown tasks.

Here is the link to
The Devil in the White City: Murder, Magic, and Madness at the Fair That Changed Americahttps://www.goodreads.com/book/show/2...I'll text on my phone when I'm finished. We are driving my daughter to college today, and I hope I can wiggle out of driving enough to read :)

I just finished
Alabama Moonhttps://www.goodreads.com/book/show/5...That was for task 5
I'm reading my last one - very disturbing. I hope to be done tomorrow.

Here is what I need to finish (hoping by Saturday afternoon - but I do not know when the countdown is finished and that is making me anxious!!)
Alabama Moon For the task with a state name #5
The Devil in the White City: Murder, Magic, and Madness at the Fair That Changed America For the task with the black cover. #7
Group 2, task iv
Group 3, 1 or 2 u's

That one didn’t work, but I found one for 4, with something green on the cover and acid in the author’s name. I’ll take that one if it is okay!!

😭
True though! I think it is picking up on some trace greens.
Thanks for checking it out for me!

If I could just read one of the "u" books, that would be fabulous.

I think I found one for i - the book with green writing on the cover where the title contains A-C-I-D. I am asking the moderators if it would work.
Did I mention I was getting a puppy?
Oh my goodness. When it gets busy around here, it's no joke.
Lucky Dog Lessons: Train Your Dog in 7 Days

Tin Eye says that there is green in this photo... I assume it's the lettering? I hope it's the lettering? I'm getting a puppy in 2 weeks and I better know what I'm doing lettering :)
Lucky Dog Lessons: Train Your Dog in 7 DaysPlease let me know if this works for book with green writing :) (ACID is in the title)

Nothing yet, (but I'm still looking!). I have 2 books that start with "u" for Zone 3 though!

I would say no, because sometimes there are tas..."Sounds good. This challenge is a lot of fun! Thanks for helping to host it!

For group 2 SafeZone, task 1 if the Book title is Jack & Louisa Act One, can I use the d in the “and” represented by the ampersand?

A bit of a crazy night here. I betcha I could find one for Round 2. Should we go for it? I can look some more tonight / tomorrow afternoon.

I finished Task #2
One Crazy Summer by Williams Rita-Garcia (an African American Author)
https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/6...

But I could go acid if that’s easier!

Let’s try group 2. I’ll prowl the library today for a task.
