35559 What is the blog called, Annika?

Jessica, if you like romance Booksprout is also an option for ARCs as well as Netgalley. I use both=)
A friend and I have a bookstagram/blog and we contact new authors on instagram and asks if they need more ARC readers. Sometimes it works and sometimes it don't=) So that is a suggestion if you're doing something similar yourself.

35559 Jenny, you tried to attack a chaser with the Beethoven book right? but they got ahead of you, so you didn't get to use it?

Yes it is. Apparently way back in time, the teachers thought the girls to be more reliable than the boys...wonder why:P
35559 Chapter 1-11

I can imagine the shock and disappointment Kate was feeling when she was told that (view spoiler)

I also think Kate and Curran have a few issues to work through. (view spoiler)

35559 A bunny with a name such as Grim Wraith, that would be fabulous! Someone might take a look at the creature and think "they messed up the name, that one isn't scary or dangerous" and WHAM! They won't know what killed them before it is too late:P
35559 Umbridge is really stomping around like an elephant, causing destruction and misery in her wake, but she doesn't make more sound than a mouse while doing so...(view spoiler)

Remember we discussed in one of the earlier HP BRs that we had read/heard somewhere that the girls were allowed access to the boys' dormitory, but not the other way around? It is in this book!!!=D

I did some digging and found the separate books on GR (looks like someone decided to make them separate even if they haven't been published as individual books..?) I sent the links to you in a PM, so you can just add those three to your shelf in it works out=)

35559 I found a cozy mystery with berries on cover (mistletoe berries, I assume that will work), so I'll take care of the boomberry juice in potions.

I'm guessing the orange cover and book with mortar and pestle on cover are those we need most=)

I completely agree with your opinion on Umbridge!
I am listening to the Stephen Fry version and I am a bit annoyed at the way he reads Tonks's character. Not sure why though...I really like her when reading the book and watching the movies, but I don't get the same feel of her when he is reading=(

35559 Small update on the classes:

Astronomy - All years are finished except one, but Lexi have a planned book there. Keep in mind that the longer these books are, the more points we get on these tasks. So if you happen to read a book with a celestial element in the title later on that is longer than a book already used here, let us know so we can switch them=)

Charms - Cheering, Fire and Water are not read for. Remember it can be both title+title or cover+cover on these!

DADA - Three sets down, four to go. We are allowed to use the same dark creature several times if necessary.

Care of Magical Creatures - Missing one book to finish building our creature. I know both fins, gills and sharp teeth have been suggested. If we are making a dangerous creature, teeth or claws might be preferred...but we'll see what we end up with. Feeding habits is also needed, as well as a classification book (but here we can use whichever, as long as it has the right amount of stars in the rating) We also need to come up with a name!=)

Divination - One book where a prophecy/vision is described/felt and 2 ARCs are left. I know several people had possible ARCs, so not really worried about them.

Potions - We are missing a scale on cover, as well as mortar and pestle (or something that can be used to crunch/break stuff, a baseball bat was used as an example).
Ingredients - The books remaining are: a book that contains the words worm or mucus (I think we should check HP books for this) or is a bright green or yellow. A romance with a body of water on the cover. A cozy mystery book with berries or juice on the cover.
Anyone have a book planned that might fit here?
We have most color, I think Orange is the one we are missing (but again, if a book you read later happens to fit a color, let us know so that we can consider swapping books around)

Herbology - Missing a book with dirt, dung or compost on the cover/title. The rest are already read or spoken for

Transfig - Two sets finished, five left. This is strictly cover based and e can only use the edition read, so make sure you post the right edition in Books Read. We would appreciate it if you added a cover in the read thread as well, or write which objects are on the cover, so that we can get creative;)

Arithmancy - Book with page length between 100-160 and 161-350 left. These are not a problem to fill later, so probably don't need to read a specific book for any of them just yet.

History - DONE!

If a book does not fit any class, please write all the possible letters it can work for (character name, setting, author, title series name) so that we have several options for where to put it.
