I think Hermione have been missing one of their speedreaders for some time now, though I can't remember why exactly.
Some teams got a large jump after the reserve player were added, since this was supposed to make the number of books read more even across the teams. Problem with quidditch is that all houses have people reading more books now, and some teams may have more than one player.
But the captains also have different strategies when it comes to adding books to classes/spells on Main spreadsheet.
I guess what I am trying to say is that there can be a number of reasons as to why our teams have a lower ranking=)

I might be over-heated after lying in the sun all day, but I don't get it...Isn't that a door in the wall on the cover of "song of a captive bird"?=)

I have a question about the buddy reads. Are the Harry Potter books no longer really available as a buddy read since the month of May ended? I was about t..."
It is a bit confusing. Some rules worked well on paper, but not in play. Since there were no questions asked before the games started things are being changed/fixed mid-game to better accommodate the game. But the announcers on both matches are hilarious, quite entertaining to read=)

People are reading them at different times. I suggest you go to the BR thread and see if there is anyone else around reading it and if not, post a comment asking if someone is planning on reading it anytime soon. I know some of those that have read the books already usually pops back in to discuss with whoever is around.
I think that those who started with the HP books right away are at the 6th book now, but I have seen many people starting afterwards just fine.

Oh, you should have mentioned it sooner, I didn't know! I sent you a link to the spreadsheet=)

Thanks, Silje!"
Who has time to sleep and work when there isQuidditch to play?:P

As far as I have understood Sonia, breaking the quaffle wikll not put the chaser back in the game. In order for the chaser to get back on the broom, a beater must read the book to defend her or the other chasers must make a score on their own.
EDIT: Sorry Shannon, didn't read all the messages through before answering, I see now that you have already said this:P My bad!

The thought "oh right this is the book where Ginny gets a personality" just popped into my head while reading this and I feel a little bad but also it's true (I think)... [spoilers removed]"
I completely agree! She stands out a lot more in this book.
