I’m up for whatever you need me to do. I’m probably not a good one anything to involved as I can’t always check my phone for messages. I’m happy to do it! Sounds like fun!
I had a feeling that I had read that somewhere about the buddy reads-bummer! Oh well maybe I can still join the big br that’s going on.
Ugh colds are never good and you’re right the weather doesn’t help probably. I hope you can get some rest and that you feel better soon!
Donna, I’d love to reread the HP books and since you’ve never read them maybe we could buddy read them? I’m not sure though if you can do a BR with a teammate
I might be able to do quidditch but I don’t want to do anything too too involved. I think there’s a position that spells words. I could probably do that.

I just posted my three favourite characters but I think I might be too late for the points-SORRY, I FAILED!
Team Ginny WeasleyToo many characters to choose from!!!
1. Hagrid-his love of all creatures is heart warming. I also love the gentle giant side of him. He is loyal, honest and the best type of person you could ever ask for to be on your side.
2. Hermione-she's me at her age. I always had head stuck in a book and really didn't care what anyone else thought.
3. Neville-also reminds me of myself at that age because I was also the underdog probably because I always had my head stuck in a book lol

Morgan, the word earthworm is mentioned I think on pg 10 and worm is on pg 11. The only reason I'm guessing on the page number is that I returned the book to the library so I looked on Amazon but they don't have the page number listed. I know it's on the page where chapter 3 starts and the next page. Sorry I can't be more specific but I swear it's there!!!
Looks pretty straightforward which will be good for her. I know we have 2 or 3 books we were going to read together shortly. I’ll get her set up and that should help out a little for buddy reads. Thanks for the example!
Can anyone explain what all is involved in a buddy read? I've not done one before on here. My mom is going to join NBRC and I thought I would do one with her if its not too involved. She's not really tech savvy so I'm hoping it's simple. I'm such a nerd because she and I like to read the same books sometimes so we do our own version of a buddy read but it's more like a race. The winner gets bragging rights. I know, I know how nerdy can you get!

I second that and heartily agree! Plus, slow and steady wins the race!

This is the worm book I mentioned earlier, it could be used for Flobberworm mucus in Potions or for Care of Magical Creatures.
The worms had the power of speech, they had high IQ's, could sing and were blind.

Congratulations to you & your little one! I bet it was really cute!
Idk but I’m reading a book about worms right now should be finished tonight. I’m running errands right now so I can spend tonight and all day tomorrow READING!!! Whoohoo!
I just looked at the tower teams rules from when they first came out and it doesn’t say anything about that but it could be somewhere else. Maybe you should ask in the room of requirements if anyone knows.
