it needs to be the default edition (the 1st one that shows up), unless it's a "big print" edition: in that case it's the next one.

I have put your "The Final Girl Support Group" also to the task of 2 words in title starting with the same letter, as I'll be some time starting mine.

I have claimed orange cover as it's a U-title as well. :))

To Lie with (L)ions will work for the prune task in the Gardening mini nicely. :))

With 2 extra books in progress, I can commit to a last, shorter one, and with that I have reached my book cap for this round.
I will claim the U. :)

I kicked off a series-sequel building and added Lisa's ACOTAR book as 2nd in series and Elisabeth's Dr Thorne (has piano in text as a plus) as 3rd in series, so in theory we would need some books that are 4th, 5th and 6th in some series. ;) No rush, just to make a note of it.

We are allowed one unfinished word/round. If you feel you can manage a "quick" read, we are happy, but if you grab a longer book and finish it for Round 2, that is also a great option for the team.

Sophie and Karen will have a look at the mini tab - the formulas are in place, but for some reason the book info doesn't get transferred automatically. I'm sure it's juts a minor adjustment issue.

If you added books for round 2, please add the mini code and info on that tab. After the fix, it'll work out.

Planning my reading for next week, I have grabbed 3 mini tasks: tagged Thailand, tagged Nigeria and "okra in text" for starters, then will see. :)

Adding to what Sophie said: we must use books both for a wheel spell-out as well as a mini, so we definitely need to wait until our word for Round 2 is announced. ;)

We watched HP 1 a year ago, but I'm regretting it a bit, because he was really afraid of the scary bits. He's like me with a low threshold of scare-tolerance. 😊

I wouldn't let him watch An Unexpected Journey yet, b/c I know he'd get nightmares, but showed some bits from the beginning (Bilbo - Gandalf meeting, the Dwarves coming to Bag End, the singing ...) to get him interested in reading the book. :)
