35559 I will probably be reading this one sometime in the next few weeks--do you think that would count for the landscape?

City of Ashes (The Mortal Instruments, #2) by Cassandra Clare

Oh good. I have to admit the cover has put me off since I bought it, but now its coming in handy. :)

35559 I've got this one for the axe. Lumberjack In Love (Lumberjack in Love, #1) by Penny Watson . It's pretty short, so I should be able to knock it out in a day or two.

35559 I'll read my book with the axe for one of the tools. Will fill in the spreadsheet when I get home and on a real computer.

35559 Since I can't read, I'm book hunting. :)

Does an axe count as a tool?

35559 And the only book I can read for this challenge tomorrow is my book for Heat 1, right?

35559 It's very strange to not have a book to read today.....

35559 I finished my last battleship book and updated the spreadsheet.

I have a few more book ideas for me for the Olympics, but need to wait until some of my other challenges roll later today. I do have at least 2-3 MMA/Boxer books I can read for that event if needed.

35559 I'm getting a little ahead here, but can I have one of the 351-400 spots in the second event? I have to read Ready Player One sometime in the next 2 weeks to get it back to the library. If not, I'll just put it in the reserves to have it for a later option.

35559 Sorry for the questions, my phone wouldn't link to the rules earlier. I'm working through them now. :)

35559 Are plurals okay?

And I can find something else if Forbidden is a bad ending word.

35559 This make my head hurt a little....

I can do Night Forrbidden by Colleen Gleason or A Night Like This by Julia Quinn for lap 2. (I'm on my phone, so I can't link...sorry). I'm working this weekend, so less reading time, but both of these are pretty quick reads, so should be able to get done by the 5th.

And Suzanne that works great for my last battleship book- I should have checked the tags before I started.

35559 I'm going to be a bit of a pain here....

I would like to read this On the Hunt but it hasn't been released as a standalone for long enough to get 10 tags. BUT, it was released in this anthology- On the Hunt which does have enough tags for paranormal, romance or fantasy. Can that work or do I just need to find another novella to read. :)

35559 Suzanne, still no word on the official end time? My book is going quickly, so I might be able to fit one more short one in if we have until later Friday.

35559 I'm going to start Breathe. It can work for YA (647 tags) , my second romance (999 tags) or contemporary (361 tags). (It also has lots of New Adult and Women's fiction tags if one of those comes up tomorrow).
