I just got to my computer (was on mobile earlier) so I'll update my finished book and get us ANOTHER new bonus.

Sorry guys, I tried to finish my book this morning before falling asleep but I was too tired. Finished now though.

If you're really having trouble, I'm sure Becky wouldn't mind reading for that one and just finishing off that Bonus. If that happens, we will have a new set of bonus tasks as soon as she or any of the other people I mentioned above finish their books. You may find something easier if there are several to choose from. Up to you.

Wow it looks like 4 out of 5 of our bonuses are each waiting on only one book to be finished. So with any luck Vicky, Catherine, Margaret and Bonita will all finish their book tomorrow and we'll have more tasks than we know what to do with.

I'm working night shift tonight so if I'm lucky and its not busy, I may even have a chance to finish my book.

It looks like Becky might have something planned for this one, but she has a few claimed already so when she checks in, we can see if she's started her book for this already.

You currently have a book claimed: Primo Levi's Resistance: Rebels and Collaborators in Occupied Italy. Is this book almost finished? Once its done, it will finish off a category and give us a whole new set of bonuses.

That's fine. I've still got a ways to go on my book. I should be around for the rest of the day so I'll see how things progress.

For 2 people reading the same book, here are some quick reads that I planned on getting to soon and could read next for this task, if anyone else is interested in one.

I'm going to work on powering through my Doomsday Book today (still 200 pages to go) and then I'll see what's available to claim. I should be able to get through one more book before the end of the challenge.

So I'm thinking its going to be really hard to guess ahead of time whether a book has a character who talks their way out of a situation. If Bonita checks in that none of her 3 banked books work and no one is currently reading something that would work, how would you guys feel about using one of our bonuses to "insert a free book" into this spot. We only have a few days left in this challenge so we might as well use these extra bonuses. Then we could get a new set of tasks.
