We have the task: Read one book where a character talks their way out of a situation.

Ugh, that's unfortunate. If she doesn't actually work there I don't think it works.

I was unclear as to exactly what a "not-for-profit" is so I did some googling. Any company that uses its profits to further its own cause rather than pay its shareholders dividends seems to work. So for example most charities, many health types of organizations like Doctors Without Borders, American Red Cross. I wasn't aware that libraries would work but that makes finding books easier. Also religious organizations work so someone who works in a church.

CIA doesn't look good, lol.

The book I'm reading for 500-600 pages is Doomsday Book and it just happens to also have 3 part (Book 1, Book 2, Book 3 they're called) so it could work for either one if someone else wants to claim one of those tasks I'll use it for the other one.

I also assumed it meant the book was divided in 3 sections.

I'm on mobile heading home so its a bit hard to follow who has claimed what. Im about halfway through a book that has 500-600 pages if Becky doesn't mind if I grab that spot.

I can't believe there have been no posts here overnight. Usually I wake up with lots of catching up to do. Where is everyone? :p

I am SUPER impressed that you scrounged up Waldo books so quickly. If we happen to get that task, we'll be sure to reserve that spot for you.

LOL. If someone told me that was red (other than stupid tineye) I would argue with them at length that its clearly pink. But whatever. If we weren't able to use it for pink cover, then we can certainly use it now.

We decided I love Bad Boys was not enough pink when we needed a pink cover.

I don't think any of our banked books will work for our new bonus, unless Shannon's Breaking the Devil does? It does have a horse on the cover, so maybe?
