2nd place... WOW... that's brilliant. Well done everyone :o)

I'm not going o get another book finished for the week 2 deadline but already reading a book for next week

I've just finished Part 3, got a bit distracted with other books. This always seems to happen when I read the Outlander books!

I'm reading
The Executioner - it works for
C - author Chris Carter
R - series Robert Hunter
E - title
L - character Father Lewis
A - character Amanda

I'd rather have snow than rain & wind...

Sun? Soooo not seeing any of it here today. 1st April... looks more like 1st January/Februay here

Agree with the other comments that the challenge acts as an incentive to read more books. Guess our competitive streaks kick in!

Finished
R - character Rose
L - character Leo
A - character Jamie Abernethy

22's pretty for here even in the summer. Don't get up as far as 29 too often

I overslept today so I'm sill on my way to work. The meteo guys said that summer temperatures will hit from Wednesday on.
Don't get me wrong, I'm a bit tired of winter. But goin..."22.... we're still lucky if we get into double figures at the moment. Been a few nights over the past week that we've had frost too.

Well done everyone, what a great start. Let's keep it up for this week :o)

I started
The Vintage Guide to Love and Romance - works for L (character Leo) or R (character Rose)
It's a blue background so will work for blue cover

Finished my next book for this week
Lost Light:
L - Title
M - author Michael connlly
D - character Dorsey
A - character - Angella Benton

Lovely cake - I'd love to try a slice too!
Thanks guys, feeling much better, although my appetite still has to come back properly.
Almost finished my first book for this challenge now

Sorry I haven't made such a good start to the challenge, I pretty much spent my weekend in bed sick, got very little reading done. :o(

I've the same problem with my to-read pile. The Kindle has just made it worse as it's too easy to download free/very cheap books. I think I'm over 200 now.... I wonder if I'll ever get through them all

I'm wondering what green beer tastes like"Despite the fact I'm from Northern Ireland, I've never tried green beer. Have to admit I don't like beer in general so I doubt the green would help it.
