Devann, I really like this one better than the first one as well. My love grows progressively over the course of the series, and while I like book 1, I love some of the later books. I think Chamber has an interesting storyline. Plus we get to meet Dobby.

I'm excited to play quidditch. I am going to be out of town for part of this round, but I hope to play seeker next time.

Started this one today! Doing the Jim Dale audio this time around.

I had forgotten about (view spoiler)[when Arthur and Lucius got into the fight in the bookshop. I always think of Arthur as such a gentle soul, but I must be misremembering, because he straight up went after Malfoy! (hide spoiler)]

Also simply love the idea of a flying car.

I completely agree as well, Skandia and Marie. I thought it was reaching, and the author tried to shoehorn it in as a theme since she had read that article.

Yes, this book is a door stopper! I was going to bounce between the audio and reading it.

Man, after the beginning, it just keeps going! I read a little on my dinner break and (view spoiler)[ the school shooting (hide spoiler)] really got to me. I live in Las Vegas and we are still recovering as a community from the shootings on October 1st.

Really getting sucked into the story now. Wish I didn’t have to work tomorrow morning!
