That's the best reason to be happy. I was so relieved when I finished mine. Writing it must have been that hardest thing I ever accomplished.

You lucky lady !!!
It's a nice graduating picture. :) You look happy for a ravenclaw graduating in slytherin colours ;)
Sammy wrote: "I'm a Ravenclaw too, but my graduation photos say otherwise, lol."I vote for robes that represent our true Hogwarts house!!!! Doesn't matter that we don't graduate from Hogwarts !
I'll have to sing that song. It's supposed to be our student hymn, but it's the first time I hear it. LOLIt's sooooo old-fashion !!!
Hymne des Etudiants (Le Semeur - U.L.B.)
In the vidéo you can see a few pictures of my university and of our student circles. I was not part of a student circle, maybe that's why I've never heard the song before.

We'll look more like Hufflepuffs, with black and yellow. :D Too bad I'm not Hufflepuff, I'm Ravenclaw. Damn, why did I not study psychology? Then my scarf would have been blue.
I'm doing good. I can't wait to be on Saturday. It'll be my graduation ceremony. Finally !!! And I had a job interview earlier, they'll call me back thursday to tell me if they're taking me. So wish me luck, because that would mean I landed my first full-time job. It's a funny story too, because it's at an interim agency and I thought I was just going there to see if I could do some interim work, and I ended up doing a job interview for the agency itself. haha. OMG, I still can't believe it. I really hope I'll get it.
Sammy wrote: "Hello all you Lusty lovelies, how are you all getting on? Hope you're enjoying your books! Sonia, hope you're feeling a bit better now.As you may be able to see on the tracking SS, Jenny, Judith ..."
OMG !!!!! those are some biiiiig books!!! Could I do it too??? I don't know. I'll look into it.
Steven wrote: "Claire I’m so jealous! I loved Red Sister and that trilogy, and the one you got is a continuation or spinoff set in the same world. Totally jealous and can’t wait to read it!"Really ? I thought it was the first in a brand new series, of a new world. Thank you for telling me. I probably should finish the Red Sister trilogy before starting that. Well, now I know what I'll read next week. :)
OMG guys! You'd never guess what I brought back from work. So, for those who don't know I work part time at the Waterstones here in Brussels, and because of that I have access to a few arcs. But it's very rare I actually find something I'm really excited about. But today ! *drum roll* I got an early copy of The Girl and the Stars by Mark Lawrence!!! I know Mark Lawrence hasn't always worked for me, but I'm determined to continue trying until I find one I love ! I'm very excited about this one :D
Jenny wrote: "I think I may have found the best book ever. And, it has a tricky animal in it.
Totally reading this one."
Platypus shifter? Really? Haha
I've finished my 3rd book of the week, a sin bingo! Yay!A Kiss of Shadows was fine in my opinion, nothing special. But it's weird, because I felt like I'd already read it before, or at least something very similar.
Not sure yet what I'm going to do now: try to read a book before the end of the week or making a dent in my big book for next week. Or maybe I could try to finish Outlander, but I still have 500 pages to read. Hmmm....
Judith wrote: "Yay Claire! And that’s one I didn’t expect anyone to find. That’s what happened to me with hermit crab when I was reading one of my books for this week. Made me glad the captains had a sneak peak..."
It definitely was a nice surprise.
And it's good you found out in time. Would have been a shame to waste that hermit crab !
Guys, I found a Golden Oriole completely by chance. I wanted to read a big book to win us some good points and decided to try Riders, because a friend of mine once recommended it and I found it for just 1€ at the second hand bookshop. I'm 70 pages in, it's like a book version of a soap opera such as the bold and the beautiful, or something like that. It's completely ridiculous. I'm not sure if I'll ever listen to my friend's recommendations again, but it's entertaining. haha
And there it was, the Golden Oriole. Lol, I feel like an ornithologist who found a rare bird during a stroll in the neighbourhood park.

Sammy wrote: "It looks like the rules on past TT challenges say you'd have to shelve them as individual books, unfortunately :("That's unfortunate... I thought it only applied to boxes, because that's how it is phrased in the rules. I checked before deciding to read this. It should be rephrased at the very least.
I'm sad because I really want to use the edition I have on goodreads. I guess I could change it after the challenge is over. *sigh*
Judith wrote: "Isn't His Dark Materials a trilogy? So you'd need to list the books separate and not as an omnibus, right?"I have a book containing all three novels. It's not a boxed set, so if I'm not mistaken we can use it as one book.
Can someone confirm?
Jenny wrote: "I am reading the new Pullman book, and it is wonderful. Go ahead and read yours. Seriously, I will find more, and I tend to read some from that mystery series once a year. I can also use it for an ..."Alright then. Let's just say we'll use the first one finished for Macaw. No competition. It will probably be yours anyway ;)
Jenny wrote: "✿ Claire ✿ wrote: "There's Macaw in His Dark Materials (really in the first book of the trilogy).I'm calling dibs on that animal, unless Jenny really wants to read her book of cour..."
Okay, Jenny. You know what, it's a very big book. I'm motivated, but we never know. I might not be able to finish it. I'll try of course, but things can happen and come in the way. So I'd say go for it. We can always use mine for easy animals;
