35559 Hi Team Ira!
Happy Monday!

Jessi and I picked a 6th word to stick on the spreadsheet, based on the most common alternate letters that people have been finding so far.
We are allowed to have 1 partial word. If we finish all 6 of the words we have now, that'll be great, but if we don't that is fine too. Just so long as everybody is happy with what they are reading :D

35559 Totally random but since MR Carey's The Girl With All the Gifts has been discussed on here, has anyone else read The Steel Seraglio? It was Carey's last book before The Girl With All the Gifts came out -- and I read it last week and it was SOOOOOO GOOOOOOD!!!!!

If you are using Audio mainly, don’t forget to shelve the Audio version, and then just stick in the page count from the ”default” version! :)

Hi Kerri,
We cannot use Warrior at all, since you finished it prior to the countdown :(
I did put Doctor Sleep on the Boggle for you though!

35559 @Kerri, aw, too bad!
But at least if you are almost done with Doctor Sleep you might be able to finish at least 2 this week...

@M, jealous of your staycation!

I know, right? This and the last 2 Wheelathons got me reading plenty of 500+ page books. Also, since some of them are from series, it’s been a good excuse to continue and sometimes finish series. I usually don’t read series installments close together, but for TT, I think I will...

I am going to DNF the book I started today, Wolfen, which is quite tedious unfortunately, and concentrate on the shorter one that I started yesterday, The Bullet-Catcher's Daughter.
Heck, by concentrating on it I can probably finish it by tomorrow night! Then I will start the next (and last!) Vampire Academy book, and probably another audiobook too, maybe Tangled Threads. The latter is shortish (default 357 pages) but that’s because I need to work on my ongoing nonfiction one.

Too many books, too few weeks left, y’all! 😄

35559 Jessi used the Steak book for Man, since Allison was right about succession being on 2 lines (it is really hard to keep staring at that chart, for realz!)

Onward to Week 7!
Hopefully Kerri is okay, and if she has not finished her book yet we can still use it. 🧐

We are in the lead again, but we may have blown our load of giant books. Other teams reading that Xmas collection, for instance, haven’t finished it yet! Let’s hope we have enough big books to keep up! Go Team Ira!

35559 @Allison - also if your "Succession" book works for "Man" we can use it to back up that square if Kerri does not show up in time!!
That would be more important because it is a corner that completes 2 lines.

@Rebecca - we need you to answer a 4th set of DQs for the Chestnut Man, since there were 7 sets on that BOM. :)

35559 We are gong to switch it if you finish Succession book.
7 points for the finished line plus 10 points for the two tiles > sin bingo points.

35559 Your team is so good at reading 38 books a week! How on earth do you keep doing that?! :D

35559 Team Ira!
Only about 4 hours left for you to mark your books as read for this week! Let’s complete those Bingo lines!

35559 @Ozana
You have 3 different versions of The Dragon Republic on your GR shelves, but I see only the Hardcover on TT shelf. I guess that's because of trying to add it on Mobile app!
If you deleted the others and just leave this one:
https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/4...
https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/4...
That is Kindle version with the page count you stated. Then you can put the read dates and "shelves" with less confusion I think!

35559 Hi Ozana!
We will put the Kindle version on the spreadsheet and tell the Mods that the version on your GR shelf will be changed later, as soon as you can.

35559 It gives me a warm fuzzy when people reread a beloved book on here. I almost never reread anything because my TBR is just so damn long, but there are several books that I should really make time to reread.

Hi Kerri,
I hope are still finishing the “Man” book! Besides that, maybe you should keep Doctor Sleep for next week... Indeed we are close to our max, plus it will work better for the spell-it-out anyway.

35559 Those are some good finds, Allison! I have to do laundry today too, boo. But also some crafty stuff with my daughter, yay.

@M, I see what you mean! At first I thought you meant for this week and could not find anything, and then I checked the Envy boggle :)
We can leave it down at the bottom for now and just move it up to a letter as needed.
