I don't know where all my other fits went on the spreadsheet, so if you need me to remember/re-add these, let me know. Not sure why The Collector is in my column L. Offhand, it also fits MPG Romance, a three-word title and two people on the cover.

Colleen, you can already start reading! We all started at the same time & the "countdown timer" is counting up now si..."

Duh! OMG - I'll be reading today, obviously.

Also, I'll try figuring out the tags again to fit books I'm already scheduled to read.

Go Team! Two of you are already super fast.

35559 I still don't get how to find the obscure tags - so if someone can help me out on that I'd appreciate it!

5 hours to go for me here, can't wait to start reading again!

35559 I put additional options on the planning sheet. I'm sure there will be more, but just don't know them all yet. :)

Is that what you would like us to do?

35559 Hi June! I totally want to go to Barbados someday. Of course I had to add The Street to my TBR.

35559 Hi - I'm Colleen from Lakeville, Minnesota, USA. I'm doing well amidst all the craziness (COVID, race riots, you know normal year 2020 stuff). I've been working from home full-time since March, so like others, I miss my audio book commute, but trying to listen in as much as possible while out walk/running, cleaning etc. Un/fortunately I don't have a job where I can listen in as I wouldn't be able to concentrate on what was going on (book or work tasks). But very glad I attempted to do audio again because now they've stuck with me the past few years. I can get through my TBR much more, however, it's still a lost cause. :)

I just added Ayiti to the list.

The best book so far this year I've read is The Dutch House but I have a few other really good ones I've enjoyed, mainly All the Ugly and Wonderful Things, We Are All Completely Beside Ourselves and Three Junes.

Not sure what fictional book world I would live in. I don't think I've met it yet, which is exciting. But I would be part of Slytherin - not sure if it was TT but I was part of Draco Malfoy's group once - maybe Devann knows. This is my second Wheelathon. I really enjoy the Uno challenge as well - my team won this year, maybe we can do it here. But I've been really random so far this year so hopefully can read at least one book a week.

My shelf: https://www.goodreads.com/review/list...

Glad to meet you all and can't wait to start! I better finish up my current reads next week so can start timely!

35559 Really great idea - and seems so doable. I own this copy pictured and am motivated. Seems better than to audio it. I'm going to add this to the reading plan. Thanks!!

35559 I'm on the wait list. If we get placed on a team how are we notified?
Aug 01, 2019 06:44PM

35559 Just started my tenth book - really proud here, I don't recall ever getting so many knocked off the old part of the TBR list before.

Only it's a doozy at 950+ pages. I didn't realize this. I'm almost on chapter 3 and it's going to take Forever but I'm pretty sure it's going to be a good story.

The movie was well-done I thought.

I excuse the treatment of women to the times - it was Spain in the 1940s. However, it's not like in the 2000s all that much has changed depending on where one lives. But I agree, there really wasn't a strong female character, unless you count the prostitute who visits the hospice. :)

And I didn't know there was a sequel! Uh-oh.
