32418 HEIDI: I haven't watched the movie yet, but from the trainer I've seen the protagonist seems younger than on the book. I'll watch the movie after I'm done the book.

32418 Started reading...
Warm Bodies (Warm Bodies, #1) by Isaac Marion

I'm just on the first chapter. I always thought this was a YA book. Pretty shocked when I found out it isn't

32418 BECKY: YES! Heidi is totally right! The Colin Firth P&P is my favorite movie adaptation. The Elizabeth in that one is the best!
Jan 24, 2015 05:10PM

32418 I enjoyed the movie more than the shows.

32418 Maybe I'll check it out. It must be good if both Brigid and Heidi are liking it

32418 ANNE MARIE: I read Poison Study years back. It was a good book. Maybe I should re-read it and the rest of the series as well!

When I first got that I was surprised it wasn't YA

32418 I wish they would introduce it to places besides America. Seriously we are literally neighbors. We can't be that much "International".

32418 I was thinking of skipping this book, but it seems like a lot of people enjoyed it. Maybe I'll try it.
Jan 22, 2015 05:22PM

32418 Thanks for the reply guys. Might not pick it up unless I see it in a bargain bin or its in the library and I'm feeling for a contemporary read.

32418 Was at chapters and looking at new books and came across...
Just One Day (Just One Day, #1) by Gayle Forman

has anyone read it? thoughts? is it just as good as If I stay?
Jan 21, 2015 06:20PM

32418 DAVID: ouch! that does sound bad. Hope Amazon gets their act together!
Jan 21, 2015 06:15PM

32418 The changing of POV is not too bad for me. I enjoyed that we got to see different perspectives. The whole Roman and Greek thing aggravated me.

Also finished...
Prodigy (Legend, #2) by Marie Lu

If I could insert an crying emoticon I would!
I'm hesitant to read the last book, but I need to know what happens!

32418 Welcome CD! I enjoy a good supernatural book as well ^_^
Jan 20, 2015 08:02PM

32418 DAVID: I heard a lot of authors are complaining about Amazon and pricing. I've been doing a lot of research on Kindle Unlimited because I want it so badly here in Canada, so came across a few articles about it.

I agree with Heidi, I don't mind paying full price for your books. They're worth it since its very good.

32418 I just finished reading...
The Lost Hero (The Heroes of Olympus, #1) by Rick Riordan

It was good, but so far I'm still liking the Percy Jackson series more. Maybe when I get to the second installment, i'll change my mind.

32418 KAREN: Thanks for the insight with the Red Rising ^_^ and I second Heidi's recommendation on Graceling on audio
