That's a good idea, I'll be back on later, I have to go have dinner.

Thanks, do you have any suggestions? If there is enough interest, I'll post an official thread for people to keep track of points on.

I think that we should have some sort of book challenge. For a certain period of time, say a month or even two months, we all keep track of the books we read. For each book with at least 150 pages in it, you get a point for it or maybe you should get a point for every 150 pages a book has, because some people might read a book with 500 pages in it. There could be other ways to get more points too, that we could write down before the book challenge starts. I don't want to get too involved in planning it though unless other people are interested. Also, if there is an interest and other people want to help plan it, that would be nice.

um...how do you go from math to picks? w/e I guess.

Yea, I have some writing, but I have to find my flash drive that it is on, I guess I'll add some writing to my page later today or tomorrow, depending on when I find my flash drive.

path (I was afraid we were going to run out of tch words)

That's a really good idea Reed, because there might be some discussions that one of us would be more likely to want to respond to.

I will read your story over the next day or two, I read the summary and the first few paragraphs and it looks like it could be a really good story.

Wow, okay, now that makes me feel old... oh well. You seem to be very mature for 12.

Out of curiosity, how old are you now Reed? I guess you don't have to tell me if you don't want to.

I added you as a friend Reed, I dunno if it sends you alerts about it or anything.

Yea, my teachers never actually did anything about it when I wrote a lot, I think they did it just so people who could write a lot but weren't good at it wouldn't write 20 pages of crap that they would have to read all the way through and because we had to read a lot of our classmates writing and didn't want someone to have to read 10 more pages than everyone else.

I remember in middle school in English classes we would have to write fiction stories and my teachers would tell me that my stories were too long and had to start putting upper limits on how many pages we could write on a story.

Don't give up Reed! If you have to, show those chapters to someone you trust to give you honest feedback, maybe a fresh eye will help you get unstuck.
