we're not in west lothian (round edinburgh)
newton stewart is far distant, but, yes, a sh*tehole.

actually killie is the super massive sh*tehole, but we desperately need someone to throw our faeces at!

yes, ayr has been closed down - not due to covid restrictions, but because it's a sh*tehole!
nah, sorry to hear that, collette, ayr is quite nice really, especially 'doon the front', and the cold weather tends to keep the locals in their caves! (i really can't help myself!)

1 booklet with the penny rimbaud piece and a 24"x36" poster - i don't own a copy of the viny (a mate does)l, but yes, all that for a paltry fiver - chartbusting boy band with a conscience!

this is the one by which most measure crass's greatness in the scheme of things by - a year in the recording (what? they pink floyd?), it's their 'london calling' or 'blood on the tracks', whatever - mibbe shouldn't put them next to the clash, as they were well known haters - there's room for both, as i would say. anyhoo, it's a brilliant statement of intent, and one of the most important 'punk' albums, the culmination of crass as crass, before they started to branch out, experiment, and split up.
beautifully presented in a sturdy black box, both cds housed in black card sleeves, mini replica of the original poster (there was always a poster!), and a small but considerably substantial paperback book written by penny rimbaud (drummer, and although there were no leaders, leader!), and even better yet.....
jnr ordered it from bandcamp, and decided to fill in the 'message to the band' field, informing them it was a b/day gift for some ancient punk - so i got a happy birthday, selection of postcards, fabric 'crass' patch, and a copy of the 'do they owe us a living' flexidisc and stencil, which was originally sold for a penny (geddit?) to mark rsd 2019. cool.

goes wi' yur hollow heid!
i could send you both some trammies! 'cept i'll need them (and really, need to get off them!) i may have mentioned my back once or twice (or a hundredth), but, yes, it can be the daftest slightest things that can set it off, and when it does, it's like someone following me holding a red-hot poker along the small of my back, constantly. i have a suspicion that it may be ****ed!

as you will see from the banner at the top of the page, voting has opened for the 1st round of 'goodreads choice awards'. so, to show support for our own rob, click 'vote' - scroll down to 'young adult fiction' - scroll to foot of page - enter 'well of tears rob campbell' in the space allocated for other books - click vote. bish bosh!
it's obviously up to you if you want to vote in the other categories, you can vote on them all or on none......or on some!
