Hello and welcome to the group Casceil! I hope that you enjoy it and find some wonderful new reads! Amazing how those college degrees become a distant memory at times!

I'm currently reading Linger, Blood, Bones, and Butter: The Inadvertent Education of a Reluctant Chef, and Crime Brulee. I'm also getting my copy of The Age of Innocence this afternoon.

I just loaned a book to my mom, and it had one of my magnetic bookmarks in it that I had forgotten about. It was like finding money in the washing machine after a load. Yah!

I have read the series. The funny thing is that we started a discussion thread on this book with this club. It was started when we were still a private group and had 4 members, and all of us were hooked and desperate to read it immediately when it came out. It is still there under group discussions, if you would like to participate/discuss. It isn't a classic, but at the time we just wanted to discuss it as a group, I guess that is the joy of being a moderator! (ha)

Hmmm, I think that I need to get a copy of it to figure out how the book is divided. Maybe, do it as a summer read, let's go until end of August. How does that sound?

I'm sorry to say that I had never even heard of this book until Kerri picked it. I can't wait to read it.

This is the group read for July and another author that is part of the author challenge. Since this is a longer book, it might be nice to have this one two months ahead to get started on it.
