Another 'easier' way to access the notes is when you go to your shelf click on settings and add the notes field. That way you can edit your notes without going into the 'review' option of the book plus you can sort it by notes as well than.

1. What are you reading right now? X
2. How many books have you read so far?
I read ...

3. What book are you most looking forward to for the second half of the Read-a-thon? :-)
4. Have you had many interruptions? How did you deal with those?
I can't concentrate really well right now so yes many interruptions - but that's life how it is.
5. What surprises you most about the Read-a-thon, so far?
I still got some reading done *grins*

That makes sense. Thank you!

1) What fine part of the world are you reading from today?
Central Germany
2) Which book in your stack are you most looking forward to?
I'm re-reading My Sister's Grave and love it as much as I loved it the first time! The other books I either committed to review or I need for challenges and I'm not sure I'll love them but they still look promissing enough I look forward to continue :-)
3) Which snack are you most looking forward to?
I just eat the two persimons - yummy :-)
4) Tell us a little something about yourself!
I'm Agnieszka a little over 40 (as well :-)). I was born in Poland but spent most of my life in Germany. I love to read and reading helped a lot to stay sane the last years since I'm struggling with severe depression. I'm reading almost everything but horror, hardcore SF, fantasy or paranormal. Though my favorite genre right now is romantic suspense followed by cozy-mysteries.
5) If you participated in the last read-a-thon, what’s one thing you’ll do different today? If this is your first read-a-thon, what are you most looking forward to?
It's my first!

As long as it's two different titles, it'll work. I don't know German, but if it's just variations of "Husband's Secret" then it wouldn't, but if it's two tota..."
Thank you, yes that helps a lot! Just for you information here the literal translations of both titles:
Die Wahrheit eines Augenblicks = The Truth Of A Moment
Das Geheimnis meines Mannes = My Husband's Secret
and I noticed it only because my online library has the first one and my local library the other edition :-)

In my Kindle collections I found only three books with rainbows on cover:

when I think of rainbows one of the first thoughts is always the biblical story of Noah and an interesting book I read is:

covers I loved and thought of rainbows:

&

I read mostly ebooks so I see most of the spines in series book set (or some anthologies) and to be honest I don't miss those - even when I borrow library books I seldom notice them - mostly I either look online and know what I know before I go or look rather for authors/titles.
Funny
Right now I prefer books with some fun in it and most of my favorite I mentioned in this thread earlier - so here my favorte series (previously mentioned series this time without links):
- Miss Fortune by J. Deleon
- Bluegrass (with all sub-series) by K. Brooks
- Fox & O'Hare by J. Evanovich
Divorced and Desperate
Holly Wood Files
Bone Secrets
Front and Center

Funny but so wonderfull

For the next two Time & Place I have no ideas yet - I'll come with something up.

As long as 13 is part of the title (and it is)..."
OK, thank you!
What about the last question:
Read a Book known by TWO different Titles - The Husband's Secret has in German two different titles: Die Wahrheit eines Augenblicks & Das Geheimnis meines Mannes - would that work as well?

Thank you! That helps a lot!

Read a Book with an alien Main Character - Would alien as in comming from a different country work too - or must it be a character from space?
Read a Book set in of the five boroughs of New York City - Could it be there something missing? What are the five boroughs? (sorry if it's obvious but I'm from Germany :-))
Read a Book with a character who leads 2 seperate lives - Would someone like a working mother (professinal life & motherhood) work here or what do you mean?
Read a Book with a lovable non-human side character(s) - I hope an animal works here too - if not I hope a ghost will work - he's no more human *grins*

* No, professional versus motherhood would definitely not work. We're talking about completely different lives. In that case of the movie Hook, Peter Banning is a father/banker and then he finds out he's actually Peter Pan, and had a whole different life he forgot about. So we're looking for perhaps a person who has 2 different families where one doesn't know about the other. Or where a character thinks that someone does one thing, but they actually do something else. It's got to be a completely different set of lives they live.
** Animals work as side characters IF they are actually characters heavily featured, and not just laying on a couch for a scene. In this case we were talking about Abu/Genie. So any non-human character that make an impact (not just for one scene) fits. Gonna say no on a ghost tho, as they were human.["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>

11 ~ Exciting"
There are so many exciting books I really have no idea where to start:
For sure those mentioned in my previous message and so pretty much everything by Lynette Eason, Dee Henderson, Jana Deleon, Robert Dugoni, Kendra Elliot, Jeffery Deaver, J.C. Phelps as well as the Black Knights Inc. Series.
I love Nora Roberts' romantic suspense (without paranormal elements) and the In Death series.
I'm sure there are more, but I didn't want to go too much overboard ;-)

some of my favorites:

20 ~ Best: Favorites
19 ~ Graphic: I don't mind graphic sexual content or violence as long as it supports the story and the violence is not too gory
18 ~ Alternative: absolutely no idea
17 ~ Listen: All in all I'm not a fan of audiobooks but there are two I love and could even imagine they are even better than the books:

16 ~ Green:

All the new covers of the Bluegrass Universe most of the books don't have the new covers yet but I'm re-reading this series (again) and adding them to the GR library - they are all similar in style to the latest sub-series Forever Bluegrass All the Bluegrass books are fun, sexy romantic suspense
15 ~ Thick: I noticed I wasn't that fond of the thick books I read so far :-(
14 ~ Thin: Since I'm struggling with concentration thin books are my favorite kind and it's easier for me right now to read several short stories or novellas than stick to one thick book - some days I'm able to read more when I read the short stuff
13 ~ Genre: There're only few genre's I don't read: horror and hardcore SF, fantasy and paranormal
12 ~ Exercise: After more than 10 years I wasn't able to concentrate on workbooks I'm so happy I managed this year to work through
