No way? Really? I wouldn't have expected that. I'll stick with KDP for now. I didn't get past the third part of Ingram and I'm juggling too many things this month. By the time I'm ready to attack it, they'll have another free code out, I'm sure.

I wouldn't do a TOC for fiction either. You get the bookmarked one for ebooks, obviously, so people can jump. The whole IS process is too long-winded for the time I have available to me at the moment. I need quick things. There are 7 stages and I'm apparently still on 2 or 3. I just don't have the hours to spend on that. Maybe the next time they do a free code...
Yes I think that makes sense. Thanks. I think the process is a bit too much for me to get my head around given the time frame. I've got too much 'other life' stuff going on this month.
I'm really counting on D2D coming in with a simple procedure this year for POD. I can cope with their system.
Ok question: how does the expanded distribution of POD on KDP work? Do I republish with my own ISBN and tick a box on KDP? Seriously thinking of just sticking with KDP. I don’t have the time to learn another system at the moment.
I think IngramSpark may have got the better of me. Every time I sit down to enter two of my books I get called into something else. Then I can’t remember what I was doing. It’s not as straight forward as D2D or KDP. I wish D2D would get a move on a offer POD. I haven’t read the article yet...

Dale when you did IngramSpark recently, did you put in a table of contents?
That’ll teach you! You have to go into sloth-mode while you recover. I have submitted two books to Readers Favorite for free reviews. That’s a big step for me because I usually talk myself out of it.
Not really, it'd mean more cleaning and I don't do cleaning.I have uploaded yet more versions of my bit of the anthology and ordered another proof copy of the paperback.
I've had enough for tonight. It's just timed out on me and I've only got the long description saved. I hope I can remember the other one tomorrow. That and three versions of the anthology short story that I've been working on today, my head is going to explode!
Alex wrote: "Go you, that's a big step in my book, I haven't found the courage to do it."I'm still worried that I've done something wrong with it all. We'll see. I'm looking at IngramSpark to set up Missing Remnants. And what's the bit I'm stuck on? The description of the book FFS. They want two. I hate this stuff.
Well done Alexis, Alex, MJ and Kimberley. Did I miss anyone?Today I bought ISBNs. Now I feel like a big girl!! I also registered on IngramSpark. I only remembered today that I was going to put Missing Remnants on there before the end of the month so I don't have to pay to list it.
Thanks Dale and Alicya. I'm stuck with IAM because I have no confidence writing about writing. There are better people at wording that kind of thing.

I was asked a while back to write for a publication, but it seemed very science driven filled with people with letters after their name.Meanwhile, I won an award

There was someone on Fiverr who illustrates by hand and each cover was unique. She was not expensive. Might be worth a look.
Oh, I don’t sell books Alicya, I’m resigned to that now. The cost of useful marketing is prohibitive until I have more titles out and can give one away for free. That might help. I hope it works out for you. Alex, I’ll see what channels that have and look into that. Thanks.
In other news, having not seen one page read whilst having Missing Remnants in KU and also having some basic Amazon ads running, its stint in KU is over and I'm throwing it out directly to Kobo and also to D2D again. I can't bring myself to do Smashwords, I'm too damn tired!
