I've just checked again and there's still no sign of any of my ads. Gee, we do have to trust our Zon, don't we?

I cannot see my sponsored adverts on US Amazon. For example, if I look at some of my targeted authors, say Bess McBride, there are NO sponsored ads on the page, just a heading saying "Continue your search" or 'Also Bought' or 'Also viewed'.
Is this because the ads are not showing for Brit visitors to Amazon but are showing to the .com customers? Does anyone know, please?
Perhaps Amazon are keeping out bots, thinking that UK visitors should not be looking at .com pages.

BookStack specialises in boosting KU pages. I didn't notice much of a boost, if any. But at least the page reads didn't sink - they might have done, mightn't they, without the help of BookStack.
However... I shan't be using them again.

But Spring has sprung here in the UK and the garden is full of colour and the sun is shining and everyone is out walking, cycling, even sitting on the beach. We only need a Bank Holiday with good weather (a rarity) and we Brits are light-headed!
Happy days to all those who celebrate this time of year.

But don't worry you've probably not missed anything as I have realized that as I don't belong to any children's groups on Goodreads, I couldn't really get away with including children's books.
I hope somebody else may be a better fit for you.

Why not choose from this great selection of books while they are such a bargain?

Anna (yes me!) said: That's probably fine, Angela. If you message me the details, I'll try and include it, along with Alex's if it is reduced around 17th April, which is when I plan to put posts on Goodreads.
Haven't heard from you yet, Angela, so please message me urgently if you want me to include something.

Maybe marking them as spam has got rid of them for you, lucky you."
I've just checked my spam folder and there they are, in all their glory. One chap says he has 14,000 readers waiting to read and review. Another shirtily says she can't download a pdf from my site so please send to her email address, another says... and so it goes on.

Bargain Booksy asked for feedback so I cautiously told them. They checked and said I did have fewer sales than expected (!) and they have offered a free promotion on something they are just starting up (I think) called BookStack. I shall have to wait and see.

I've almost certainly thrown the notes away, and all that remains in my head is that visibility is essential - and we all know that. Some target figures can be useful.

You're in my diary! I've messaged you.
Thanks also for the idea of the blog/tweetie thing. Yes please!

in some Goodreads groups. I shall be saying something like "Time is running out to buy this book for 0.99" And, of course, I'll give a bit of a description of my historical romance. It's what the US calls clean and wholesome but does contain some violent scenes (smugglers - nasty lot, you just can't trust 'em).
If you have a 'clean' book (most genres) that I could add on with a couple of sentences that is on sale at that date, then please message me and I'll see if I can put something together for one of you.
Very happy to do this for you lovely lot. If I can make this acceptable, then I can do this for another person on another date.
