Are you saying there are websites that will promote your .99 deal for free?

But they haven't been promoting it for 40 years. They started up again because of the television series.

201765 It is hard to implement the rotational pattern though for a couple of reasons. First, I don't know how it works in the U.S. but, outside America Amazon forces you to use your countdown days all at once. This means one sales spike per month as opposed to three or four.

And second, working the second and third books into the mix requires a certain number of reviews (usually) which I don't need to tell anyone are hard to come by. Harder for the later books in a series than the first for sure.

201765 This is a question I posted on the Facebook page a while back now and never received a response so I figured I'd give it a go here.

At what point do you stop paying for promotion of your book? Is it when you switch to the next book or sooner?
201765 Good to know Anna :)

201765 On the subject of copyright... do we have any lawyers present? I'm wondering about the inclusion of song lyrics in books. I've seen it done and was wondering if giving proper credit to the owner of the copyright is enough or do you need prior permission from them before inclusion?

Anyone know?

May I ask what the name of the thriller was?
