They apparently ran a poll (much like they did in the comics) to see if
(view spoiler)[Jason Todd would die (hide spoiler)]. We now know how that turned out.

As I was watching this week's Black Lightning episode, I was thinking - could I imagine one of the other CW heroes (e.g., Supergirl) crossing over into a Black Lightning episode? Still debating the answer.
Phil wrote: "Has anyone watched any of the new Punisher series yet and how is it? I'm excited for this one, but I won't have time to start watching it for at least a couple weeks."I liked both seasons of The Punisher. It's a pity it was cancelled.

Really liking the new season so far, despite the scattershot way it has of telling its story. This past week's was particularly good, and it introduced (yet another) character. Like last season it seems like Titans is an incubator for other series.

The last season... While I think it is time to bring down the curtain, it did make me a little heartsick when I saw the stage that had been the bunker. It was now totally empty. Any thoughts?

If you mark out on the villains, I think you're in for a treat in last season.

Agreed. I think Black Lightning does a lot more showing than telling. Plus the situations it does portray have likely been lived out by the cast, so there's more experience than acting coming through in the performance.

You better hurry, it starts December 8th."Agreed. Though I thought last year's crossover was awesome.

I do like its difference in tone from the rest of the CW superhero shows. It also seems like it has more to say as well.

Good season premiere. I understand they've scrapped the big bad for the season arc and have replaced it with smaller arcs featuring different adversaries.

Is this book connected to Mr. Takei's Broadway show Allegiance? It sounds like it covers the same material.

I think I may rewatch this episode as I think I missed a bit going in. I think this may be due in part to the fact that BL S3 has stronger connections to its previous season than the other Arrowverse shows I've seen. Some surprises, though
(view spoiler)[while it's good to see Thunder and Lightning do their thing, I'm there for the name on the marquee (hide spoiler)].

I liked the premiere episode especially since they resolved a long standing question, and did it quite well. Looking forward to see how the story unfolds.

The actress who plays Alice (to me) looks like she could play Harley Quinn (unless that's the influence of Margot Robbie's version of the character).

Just caught the first episode of Batwoman's first season on the CW, and I liked it. Keep in mind, I've not read Batwoman comics yet, so I have no idea how it matches up, but I liked what I saw. The tone seems rather different from the other CW shows in that it was serious and focused. I imagine this is due in part to
(view spoiler)[the lack of a team - it's just Kate Kane. (hide spoiler)] Looking forward to seeing how things unfold.
Does the actress who plays the villain remind anyone of another famous Batman villain?

Gotham Academy (which I have read) and (guessing) Umbrella Academy? (which I have not). Would Fence count?

Finished the challenge. I found a few favorites, and got exposed to many new to me works, all of which at the very least entertaining reads.
Favorite book: Tetris: The Games People Play
Runners up: Judge Dredd: America, Clara, A Contract with God
Favorite Collected Volume: Kill or be Killed (I actually picked up the rest of the series and binged it after reading the first volume.
Biggest Surprise: Megahex - for all the ridiculousness that preceded it, the ending was poignant and satisfying.
Series I plan on following up with:
Ultimate Spider-Man, Rachel Rising, Descender and The Massive
Edited to add - Sex Criminals

It's weird that it would be on Amazon but not Comixology as Amazon owns Comixology."I thought the same. A few of the challenge books are like that - like All the Answers and Tetris. I can access them via Comixology once purchased though.

I found the digital version on Amazon.
