As I recall, "Where's Waldo" was about 10 inches wide by about 13 inches tall.

The description of the OP doesn't really match my memories of The Diamond in the Window, so I'd rule out that one. I'm not familiar with the Tower Treasure, and it doesn't come up when I looked for it on GR.
