You can "bump" your thread every month or so. This pushes your thread back to the top of the folder instead of languishing here on page 41 where fewer eyes will see it.

I added some details as Lobstergirl suggested for your header. Also, write down any additional details you can remember. It is odd what stray fact can trigger someone's remembrance of a book!

Please follow Lobstergirl's directions. It is difficult for readers to know which book to respond to when multiple books are listed. It gets confusing about who is talking about which book. Also, putting genre and details in the header insure more people will look at your post. Some people skip vague or general threads otherwise.
