177170 To be honest I would likely follow whichever one I was brought up and raised with. That is often what happens in our world so right or wrong that is my answer.

good question!

Well said Ria!

Peter I never saw it that way till you brought it up. But then I am a blinded Brienne fan so of course I would take "her side " and understand her thought process.
177170 Cersei is definitely the villan I love to hate.

177170 I was going to say that GRRM should be the narrator for the audiobooks but I would prefer he just stay home or wherever he writes and just keep on writing.

The Harry Potter audioBooks I have listened to are done by an old man too but I didn't mind this dude. I have not used soley the audiobook though. I listen and follow along on my book. It keeps me from stopping,

Welcome to the group Siya. Re-reading the books should help get you through the long, long wait till next season starts up again.
177170 Oh man I got the warm fuzzies when Jaime gave that guy a slap for insulting Brienne.

Aw.

177170 Brianna Chronicles of Narnia is another group we have plans for the future with too. But not likely till LOTR is done.
177170 Oh my God Samwell talked to Arya now too! Who is he going to encounter next, Sansa?

I took a look and there are lots of Harry Potter fan groups and role playing groups but I did not see a group read like this.

You could anyways start one. It really is a lot of fun and it does not feel like work at all. It is pretty easy actually. You would likely find a lot of people interested once word gets out.

I am only done reading book 3 so I would consider joining it myself.

177170 After having read 3 1/2 books from ASOIAF now, anything under 400 pages is dick all now. Lol
Jul 11, 2016 04:30PM

177170 And they are not as long as ASOIAF either.
Jul 11, 2016 04:29PM

177170 Well I have told myself to give them a try. If I don't like them not to force myself. I can still chill in the group and read stuff.
177170 Yes there is Lena...HERSELF!
177170 Oh Joffrey chapters would have been extremely interesting!

177170 LENA wrote: "Yeaaaaaaaaaaaaah!!!! It's going to be great fun!!!!!"

Yep it sure is.

I have all the books but not yet read any of them. I have no idea what the series is even about really. I live under a rock.
177170 Re: When Cersei tells Tommen jousting is in your blood and she was meaning Jaimie, not Robert.

Oooops, epic fail!

I loved Margery calling her on it. Margery is sharp as a tack!
177170 Brianna wrote: "I kind of love how feisty Smalljon is until the end: ripping off table tops, bludgeoning people with a leg of mutton..."

Beware of the leg of mutton!!!
177170 Brianna wrote: "Right?! I think they would definitely provide a unique perspective. I love the little bits we get from Bran with Jojen and Meera."

Brianna, the Reeds are to me the most underrated House. They are hard working, honest, and loyal.

I love them and find them interesting. It is House Reed all the way for me!

Where do I stand on that?

He is full of s--t! In his dreams maybe. I agree that is out of her character. And he is a lot of things but not a rapist.
