Thanks. I guess that means that Catelyn was going to marry an other man but then got Ned instead.

Ned was second choice and Cersei was second choice. That is how I see it anyway.

I just read this chapter. Can you clear this up for me please:
King Baratheon was going to marry's Eddard's sister, correct?

Who was the other guy in the crypt? (beside Ned's Dad) was it Ned's brother or his uncle?

I was surprised in this chapter they call Daenerys Dani sometimes. They don't on the show if I can recall correctly.

Sorry but I can't help but relate the show and the book to each other.

After having read this chapter I thought to myself wow, I just learned so much information that would have made watching the show so much more clear. I never knew till now Eddard's sword was called "Ice" and I never realized the direwolf importance to the Starks.

It said in the book Jon is only 14. On the show he was waaaaay older than that - atleast that is what he looks like.

Reading this is something I should have done long before now.
