I got this on Kindle Unlimited and will start today.

I´ll read this a bit later.

Great, thanks Judy! Odd that they don´t link them together. Here it´s also on Kindle Unlimited, but as I only have a free test subscription that I´ll cancel before the end of February, I won´t be able to read it now. It´s on my list though. :)

I found this dragged, and besides some look into the methods of finding out about the (very early) crime, it wasn´t exciting. I managed to read it though, but I had a suspicion about Duke from quite early on, or at least someone else from the firm. Certainly not his "best" case. I liked French´s wife, and this part could have been extended.

Thanks Susan! Great overview! :)

Finished it today, and was also disappointed by the end, as I thought that there would be a murder or the crazy and dangerous Miss Mack would be somehow punished. I had a suspicion about their relationship from early on. In the start I had suspected the doctor to be the murderer (or rather a murderer, as there was none), but that would have been too obvious. I also wondered that they didn´t deal more accurate with the letters? writing, paper etc. The "Fear" made for quite a thrill though towards the end.

Same problem, but seems to be solved now, as I suddenly got a bunch of notifications.

Murder on the Lusitania is obviously published under two pseudonyms of Keith Miles: Conrad Allen (like here) and Edward Marston (I got this from Netgalley).

Good to hear, thanks Joanne! :)

Sorry I missed the discussion about
E.C.R. Lorac´s availability, so I nominate
Murder in Vienna. :)

Here Two-Way Murder is €3.47, and also available on Kindle Unlimited.

I loved this book too. Yes, the mystery may not be so good, but the writing is so funny, and Freddie and all the characters... It was a bit like Heyer (romances, don´t know her mysteries).
Wonder if anyone read others in the series? I was tempted to get the second in the series, but feared to be disappointed.

I finally started this one, and so far it´s rather funny.

I thought too that today it would be considered differently in today´s criminal law.

I´ll read this a bit later on.

I plan to read this, as it was on sale on kindle, but a bit later.

Pity I can´t get any mysteries by her at the library, and they´re not on kindle either, and this one also not on Audible. Only one is a paperback for 20 Euro, so I can´t read this one.
