I read this the day before leaving for vacation and just never got to post my thoughts. So here goes:
Ch. 10
(view spoiler)[I agree. Sabrina is a bit cray cray. I'm undecided how I feel about the book but I think Sabrina is off her rocker. (hide spoiler)]

I started listening to this one on our trip but kept getting knocked off while in the mountains but not sure why since it was downloaded. Anyway, it was a bit strange and I'm not sure what all this is covering but what a
(view spoiler)[strange kind of "competition," right? That was too weird! lol (hide spoiler)]I'll get back to it today and probably finish it tomorrow so I can use it for Turf Wars.

Ch 31
I definitely wouldn't have thought
(view spoiler)[ anybody would've thought of him doing that...OMG grosser than gross! I thought he was having so many kids possibly so they were easy access to molest. (hide spoiler)]

Trisha, our Internet has been out for a couple days now. Hopefully Scott can get it up and running tomorrow.

I haven't been able to get back to my book today but hopefully in a couple hours. Getting ready for a trip to a foreign county is taking up my time! We only have 5 days before we go and I'm watching the grandkids on 2 of those days. Ugh...wish us luck because I am getting nervous! BUT also excited!

Through Ch. 30
(view spoiler)[I love Jack and Hazel too. Maybe there's a way they can end up together? That kiss in the cemetery near a half-dug grave...wonderful place to have such a romantic intimate caress and kiss. I mean that body with his eyelids sewn open? Ugh. Reminds me when I was around 10-12 and I visited my grandparents on their farm in Texas, I found one of Grandma's true crime magazines and read some of the stories and one man did just that! I will never, ever forget that but it's the ONLY part of the article that I remember. That's probably where I began my love of murder/mystery books. Thanks to my maternal grandmother. (hide spoiler)] Sorry for the superfluous info!
Finished
(view spoiler)[I was not expecting that...NOT JACK I knew Beecham was no good!!! (hide spoiler)]

I agree with your last comments, Trisha.
(view spoiler)[This book doesn't fit the genre of historical fiction or WWII in my opinion. So a few comments here and there? I didn't learn anything new about WWII and most books I read that are historical fiction I'm blown away by, so I am changing my rating. I was way too generous in retrospect. (hide spoiler)]
