Chapters 11 - 20
(view spoiler)[ Kipp and Cal are a fun addition and I can’t wait for a scene where Seb is put in his place. I’m curious when Kipp’s strength is going to be shown since it’s been mentioned that he’s good in the War Room. For a moment before the Warsword came along, I thought Thea might accidentally attack Seb with magic.

Chapters 1 - 10
(view spoiler)[ The setup is fine but I’m wondering what the plot is going to be. It seems likely that Thea will get her wish now and I’m excited to see if she’s going to be training with Wilder. Also, from Jasi’s reaction, Thea’s sensitivity to magic isn’t normal.
I haven’t read Slaying the Shadow Prince so I don’t understand Wilder’s attitude or much of the world/magic yet but I’m curious to find out more.

I'm going to try to start this series soon.

I think we should just read books and if there’s a letter available that fits your book, post it on the review thread and add it to the spreadsheet. It will make it easier for everyone and hopefully we’ll be able to complete more letters quicker. What do you think?

Can anyone edit the spreadsheet?

Chapter 12 - Epilogue
(view spoiler)[ While I think I have a basic understanding of the world and how the wolf society works, I needed to see more of it in all the books in this series. Also, I wasn't sure how serious Cooper and Oliver being a pack was, but now that it seems like it is real, I definitely wanted there to be more about that - how it works and any other potential pack members they would accept.
I don't think that there was a cliffhanger, but some things are left unanswered - for example, who the traitor is or how real the Moon thing is and what that's going to mean for Cooper and Oliver.
I don't think the books were bad, but I'm kind of disappointed because they could have been so much better.

Chapters 8 - 11
(view spoiler)[ I’m not really sure what to think. For a moment I was wondering if this really was the end of the series because it felt like a lot of things haven’t been talked about, but it seems like that was on purpose.

Chapters 4 - 7
(view spoiler)[ Their relationship still seems kind of unstable, especially because of their communication which has improved but isn’t the best. It says that Cooper is seeing a therapist but I want to see that or at least have it be a bigger part of the story since it’s been mentioned once and since then it doesn’t really talk about any sessions.
Neil and his link to Cooper seems to have come out of nowhere and I don’t trust him. Also, how is Park’s mother appearing out of nowhere again??

Prologue - Chapter 3
(view spoiler)[ When I saw that Cooper’s family was mentioned at the beginning I was excited to see them interact with and get to know Park more, but it doesn’t seem very likely with the way the other books in the series were written. Also, if the wedding does actually happen, it will probably be in the last chapters of the book.

Chapters 11 - 14
(view spoiler)[ I only started suspecting Joyce near the end, but the investigation wasn't that detailed/not the focus so it feels more like the random (old and new) pieces fall together neatly at the end (although the scene with Cooper in Joyce's office was suspicious).
I thought that there were some funny moments and while this book was set somewhere with plenty of wolves, it still feels like a lot of the knowledge of the world/interactions are implicit. For example, I'm not clear on the AQ. What does it actually mean and how is it measured? I'm pretty sure Park mentioned something about how it's just something wolves sense about each other, and yet there was a questionnaire to determine it in this book.

Chapter 31 - Epilogue 2
(view spoiler)[ Of course, Birdie does nothing to sort out what she did. I don't really understand why there are other women in pictures with Lonan, but instead of talking to him at the event, she takes a date, who she knows Lonan doesn't like and more importantly, she barely tolerates.
The "therapy" Birdie has is mentioned twice and only to say that it's hard - as with everything else in this book, told and not shown.
By the end of the book, I didn't like either of them.
Even though it wasn't the best book ever, I thought I'd still try the third book in the series, but after the third act breakup I'm not sure if I care to try more. I might check reviews if the characters do stupid things.

Chapters 6 - 10
(view spoiler)[ Agreed - I like that it seems like their relationship is getting stronger. But, the case is a bit slow and I’m still not sure where it’s going.

Chapters 1 - 5
(view spoiler)[ I definitely agree about needing Park’s POV. I think the retreat might be fun, depending on what activities they’re forced to do and maybe their communication will finally improve.
I feel bad for Lisa and I’m kind of interested in seeing what’s going to happen in her relationship.
I’m not sure what to think when it comes to the case or Monty, but is Nielsen too obvious to be involved?

Chapters 22 - 30
(view spoiler)[ I think this has just gone down to a one star because of the stupidity of the proposal situation, especially Birdie’s rejection. Lonan gives his speech and adds to the fort and yet she completely ignores all of that and is stuck on him deserving more and only doing this because of her parents. I’m hoping that at least she’ll be making the big apology and having to work to get him back, but I doubt it.
While Micky’s texts help Lonan understand, it does nothing to change my opinion on Birdie’s decision.

Chapters 13 - 21
(view spoiler)[ A lot happens in the background - Birdie says she spends time with her family; she says she spends a lot of time talking to Lonan and feels close to him; she plays pajamarades; and yet none of it is shown so it doesn’t seem real.
Lonan leaking Birdie’s discovery to the media is just a conflict waiting to happen and I’m not understanding his justification. If the media find her, won’t that cause more stress and therefore make her want to leave more?
I didn’t like the situation with Noah, especially since it was obvious it only existed to cause an argument.
