I'm Michelle from Georgia. (So I'm in the same heat and humidity as Tru!!) My husband and I are empty nesters (hence the name) with three sons ages 30, 31, and 33. No daughters-in-law or grandchildren yet.


We have a Yorkie (Ellie) and two Siamese cats (Stella and Margot). I recently became a crazy chicken lady with seven in my little flock at the moment. And yes, I want to tell you their names too, because I just love them: Juniper, Magnolia, Ruthie, Nova Rae, Caroline, Mollie Mae, and Matilda. My favorite, Tallulah Pearl, died a few of weeks ago very unexpectedly.


I will read just about anything for the sake of a challenge, but my favorite genres are mystery, thriller/suspense, and historical fiction.


I'm definitely a challenge junkie who always has WAAAYYY to many going on at any given moment!


I'm a former middle school math and science teacher and I currently work in the public safety/law enforcement training world.
